So I've been goin to the gym for a few months now but I hit a hurdle, I'm 140lb but i cant seem to gain anymore weight or loose any. Even tried junk food to see if it would do nothing but i just keep fluctuating between 138lb to 141lb. Whats goin on?

Im looking for a smartwatch or a fitnesstracker that has a heartrate monitor and calorie counter and it must, absolutley must be able to show incoming calls and texts while i work out.
i used the microsoft band 2 before and it worked like a fantastic dream but it broke and can not be bought anymore. now i am using a garmin vivosmart 3 and it is absolutley horrible and im returning it tomorrow after trying it out for a week.
the garmin is really slow with the incoming calls, it can go almost a minute before it notifies me about the call. and the texts takes even longer i have waited over 15 minutes to see a text. and also the garmin loses its bluetooth connection.
im considering buying the samsung gear s3 unless someone can tell me of any smartwatch or fitness tracker that works reliable. also the garmin display is really hazy, like its blurred because of the waterproofing shell it is around

hy guys
i have a few questions about training and steroid use.

around 1year ago i buyed myself a new manlet. since then i train him. he already know commands like "sit", "jump", "wait" and easy things like this. but now i want him to do more, like jumping through a ring and balancing on a rope. the problem is he is totally out of shape. can you guys recommend me a good training routine for him? does it make sense to feed him steroids? he is already castrated so shrinking balls shouldn't be a problem.
how do you train and feed your manlet? do you let him sleep inside or did you build him a small house outside?

Guys i have 14 inch arms. Ive been on a program for 7 weeks and upping my weights and my conpounds are moving up so are my isolation movements, but i feel like i could be doing more for my arms. I wanna hit 15 inches at least on my arms before this bulk can be done. Anyone have any programs they can recommend thatll kill arms and seriously make them grow?

The only time I "embrace pain" is when I am about to break a PR. I find that inner intensity and tell myself to push through or die

Hey guys how can I increase the speed of my lower back recovery? I did atlas stones on saturday and my back is still kind of sore. Could just be because it's new to me though.

I'm going to try doing light RDLs, stretching and extensions every day to see if that helps.

Anything else I could try? The same sort of thing limits me with deadlifts.

Hey fit, I need some health advice.

In the past 2 months, I've been having frequent thirst and been pissing constantly. I've taken multiple blood tests to check if this is diabetes, and every trst comes back negatives for both types. I've taken my blood sugar on my own with a little meter, and the amount is fine, nothing out of line.

This constant piss parade is really messing with my quality of life, any tips on what it could be?

Anyone know anything about having a fit pregnancy? I'm 7 weeks along, work a very active job (walk 30,000 steps at work daily and lift/operate heavy machinery) and I'm a ballet/tap dancer in my spare time, but will have to cut back on that stuff a bit. My doc says it's okay to keep my activity at the same level, as long as what I'm doing is safe. It's getting tougher because of nausea/ food aversion, so I simply am not getting the calories to support this lifestyle and keep growing a human.

Recommendations on how to squeeze in extra calories without making myself sick?
