fuck yeah
Just entered a /plg/ thread for the first time, and holy shit it's the most cringiest thing i've ever seen.
Filled with autistic cucks who all orbit atleast 1 lifting grill.
I thought powerlifting was a serious sport?
Pathetic.

Sometimes the general is good.
Sometimes it's a thinly veiled shitpost thread. Depends on who makes it, the time of day, who's active, and if anything is going on.

There can't be more than one of the two valid simultaneously in a sentence.
For a beginner, how do you know when its time to leave the gym?
Like Ill finish my program/workout but usually feel like I want to keep lifting and that I have more energy in me. Not so much for small muscles but I feel like my back and legs for example are never fatigued enough to stop.
Should I keep lifting for over an hour until I literally cant anymore? Or just follow my routine?
Follow the routine. It was (hopefully) made by someone who knows his shit.
The volume and progression are the way they are for a reason and overdoing it is a good way to injure yourself.
Go until you tear something, then you'll have hit some fibres and you'll feel sore the next day
>Miss my calorie goal by 1600 one day
>Lose 1.5kg
Which would you go with to stay fuller. You can literally only eat one of these the rest of your day.
1) 1/2 pounds of ground beef cheese burger
2) two eggs, a sausage, and coffee.
the latter
caffeine is a mild appetite suppressant, and the cheese and bread on the burger are pretty empty calories to me

this
So I worked out today. Stretching, warmup, running, benchpresses. Usual stuff, but I pushed myself pretty hard.
Now it's about 30 minutes post-workout and I feel drunk. Like crazy drunk. My head is spinning and I'm nauseous and I can't move my fingers the way I want to. Did I do something wrong? Did I go too hard?

You're leaving humanity behind anon
Does this actually work? Anyone did this before? My boyfriend is starting to look at whores and I wanna remind him of my value.

Didn't see a thread about this. Basically just looking for fitness-related books or guides, pic related for example

Read that recently. Not much you can't find online nowadays, but still very comprehensive.
Why are their so many shitposters here of all places?
Because we're hollow inside.

You can create your own lifting federation where people can compete in 3 lifts of your choice, similar to powerlifting.
What 3 lifts do you choose?
My picks:
>OHP
>strict bicep curl (back against wall)
>squat
>>42308823
>Weighted dips
>weighted chins
>weighted inverted situps
I'll call it Professional Dangling and if you meet somebody with your exact same stats you can call them your Dangledoppler

I don't know what it is, but I get serious headaches while doing push ups. It doesn't happen everytime i do push ups, but often enough to make it a problem.
I drink plenty of water, Im positive I've got the correct poster, and I even do a warm up of 10 pushups to make sure I get the blood flowing, but nothing seems to work.
Get your blood pressure checked

I used to get headaches from pullups. Recently while doing shoulder press I got a severe throbbing pain in the back of my neck leading up to the back of my head that felt almost like a migraine. Doc said it's likely tight neck muscles or could be a pinched nerve. I got a prescription for anti inflammatory cream for the back of my neck which has helped,(I apply it pre workout and post.) but I'm going in for a CAT scan just to be certain. Use voltaren or some other anti inflammatory cream on your the back of your neck and it may help.
tried to do this in grade 6 when i got injured in soccer and couldnt do it, everyone laughed that i was rolled up like an egg for 10 seconds

Yes, I do it all the time at work, the kids love it.
yep, it's actually pretty easy with muscular calves and thighs
Did their arms look normal before they got fit? Did the extra muscles push out their arms away from their body by a few inches and made their arms look weird? Its a terrible look and want to avoid it if possible. My arms reach just below halfway down my thighs when standing straight, it wont be a problem in the future will it?
