Nutella cocoa. Around 2 tablespoons (or more if preferred) per 1 cup of milk. Heat together and stir.
So I'm trying to use up some of this summer's jelly by making delicious jelly rolls to give away for christmas. I just pulled attempt #1 out of the over, and the cake stuck to the parchment paper. I tore off a layer removing the paper.
What did I do wrong? Should I have let it cool more? greased the paper?

Any of you ever make vietnamese pho?
I want to make it, but I don't think I can get it like the restaurants do.
Any success stories? I'm going to use this recipe unless someone stops me: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/228443/authentic-pho/

if you've never made it before that recipe is fine
Just remember to be obsessive with the broth in removing the scum and making sure the bones are covered with water at all times and that it is not rapidly boiling but just barely simmering.
Also remember to use some mint as well as all that cilantro and basil
>>8352276
Why is it fine only if I've never made it before?
>>8352280
some people prefer to add different/extra ingredients but that is a perfectly fine recipe

What is the best kind of apple and why is it granny smith?
I've never cooked with apples, so I'm not sure which is best in that capacity.. but the big three ubiquitous american apples (Granny Smith, Red and Golden Delicious) are all godawful eaten raw.
Gala > Fuji > Pink Lady > the rest

Snails taste of whatever they are cooked in, garlic and herb butter is pretty great.
try again, this time using actual sentences

Us Brits have eaten snails long before the Romans, who introduced a larger snail, now endangered here (because we ate them).
Brits traditionally ate them in Parsley butter but the French used more garlic and we like garlic too.
Although we Brits also used to stew them in cider.
