normally equal parts butter and flour for the roux for a minute or two
add milk until starting to boil and add parsley, salt and pepper

chopped 2 onions, a box of mushrooms, a red pepper in to the pan and then put 2 pork chops on.

Are there any other foods that are VERY high in probiotics? I get cronic yeast infections and have been struggling for the past five years to get it under control. I've been working with my doctor throughout this time as well, and even with a strict diet and proper hydration, I will still have a mild one going on (sometimes I don't even know it's there until I go to have sex and it's painful).
I've taken up a lot of habits that help,but my body still has a really hardtime keeping my bacteria in check. So besides yogurt drinks, what other foods have a lot of good bacteria?
Pic isn't mine, but I have started making my own sauerkraut, and it is helping a little, but I don't want to eat that and nothing else. I want a little variety.

What is your opinion on Jamaican food?
I've started eating it recently and I really love it, it has such good flavor. I work near JFK airport in NYC and the food options are very limited around here, but there are some good West Indian spots.
I always get brown stew chicken but want to try some other thing as well, I'm open to suggestions. I think next time I'll get oxtail stew.
Is Jamaican food easy to make at home on average? Or does it take up several hours of the day?
