Does alcohol go bad? I have a system I recently started where, if the bottle I'm currently drinking has a small amount of alcohol left, instead of drinking it I'll add it to an "emergency flask" that I use in case I just need a little bit more to get to my desired drunkeness. I'm taking my first drink from this flask tonight but I don't know if it's safe. I can't think of why it wouldn't be but just in case I'd like confirmation I'm not somehow blinding myself with a bathtub still or something.
>>8349194
well obviously wine can go bad,
hard liquor probably not
>>8349194
It will be fine as long as you didn't mix liquors. Gin and whiskey, very risky. Vodka and tequila, it'll kill ya.
>>8349197
Fuck I have tons of different liquors in there
And I already drank some.
There's nothing inherently wrong or unhealthy about GMO foods. Just the opposite, really. Manipulating our agriculture on a molecular level allows us to create more bountiful, nutritional and sustainable food.
Your government wouldn't allow it if it wasn't healthy.
>>8348519
He's not wrong.
only stupid people are wary about it for health reasons
the issue is the serious potential ramifications of corporations owning genetic code

This, eaten cold out of the can, is the good life.

Franku?
it seems like one of those comfortable things that nobody here is going to understand but appeals to you because it reminds you of a nostalgic time. that's fine, but getting all delusional about it isn't that healthy.
i feel the same way about cold pizza. like refrigerated pizza. my parents were train wrecks so we didn't have good food like ever. my mom used to take ground beef and just drop it in boiling water. no seasoning or anything. that and rice was dinner a lot of the time. so the occasional times we'd have pizza — and later stone cold pizza — formed really strong memories for me. that was the remnant of a special meal or something. i don't know.
but now i don't mind putting pizza in the fridge and having the leftovers later one bit. i don't even bother to reheat it. my friends think i'm crazy, but they can fuck off with their nurturing parents and positive childhood.

This eaten cold out of the fridge is the good life.
Do you like my potluck plate, /ck/?
>>8348364
Looks good
Very Polish
Is that a pasta salad with tortellini?
I wish people would get more creative with potluck dishes
I season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, sage, and thyme.
Let it sit overnight.
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Heat up a cast iron skillet.
Sear one side.
Flip it and then stick it in the oven till the other side is seared.
Then set it up on the fat side until it reaches 140F internal.
Really fucking good, but I want some new ideas.
similarly but i'd probably simmer it in stock or maybe wine in the oven and make pan sauce
>>8348290
Yeah, I'm going to try that when I remember to buy some wine for it.
I'm also worried how it will go with cast-iron since I don't usually do any liquid cooking in it.
I pound it and make schnitzel/cutlet variations with seasonings/breadings based on my flavor mood.
ITT: post your weakness
I just ate a whole pack of these

Not trying to start a war of the roses here but pic related.

He pretends to be tough, but I met him in a pub in Edinburgh once and called him a poofy wee fanny, and he just called the doormen over to have me chucked out instead of wanting to have a fight like a real Scotsman should.
What a fucking poof.

What's the legal status of it in your country? (extra points if you disclose your country to us. OP is curious)
Do you think it should be legal?
Do you think products made from genetically engineered ingredients should be labeled thusly?
It is sorcery, black magic like nuclear physics, it mankind trying to mimic god.
Fortunately I live in EU.
>>8346586
Legal. USA.
Should be legal.
Don't think it should be required to be labeled.
>tfw microbiologist
>tfw people get upset over people selecting genotype for phenotype when they're perfectly fine with people selecting phenotype for genotype
Legal with restrictions. But hey I don't see much harm done. Allergic plebs might get btfo by gmo food tho.
What can I make with minced pork and tofu besides mapo tofu?
lana is best girl
>>8346097
you can make dumplings with it
Stir fry, unless that's the only two things you have.
How do you make a good pizza? Pic related looks absolutely disgusting.
make a dough
put stuff on it
cook it
>>8346081
digorino tastes good
Here's some tips
Sugar and salt in your dough
Use a seasoned flavorful sauce, but not a sweet sauce
Use the most expensive mozzarella avail
Bake your dough on oil
Always cheese and top all the way to the edge, the crust will form itself and a mistake novices make is thiking they need to "make" a crust themselves and end up with a pizza thats like 50 percent crunt
Use good even topping distrobution, dont do it randomly
What is This? Butter cream, Chocolate, and...Grass?
