This, the triple costs less and includes fries.

I personally get shakes far and away the most often because of happy hour. A happy hour shake and a kids cheeseburger combo is like $5 even with tip.

whats with American portion sizes? In Italy i order pasta i get a reasonable serving of pasta with sauce on top and 1-2 slices of bread. In US I get massive portion of pasta slathered in sauce with large pieces of meat spread throughout and endless bread. what gives?

when i used to eat meat and dairy, a nice thin circular slice of camambert (cut sideways on the wheel, you know what i mean) melted over the burger was very nice, with some caramelised onions and salad on top. it was a very special treat for me and my friends when we cooked burgers, we called it the camamburger
