Sure would be better to invest in upgrading your pc components, you dont need to use all of your cash for them and its easy to install yourself. Whats been bugging you the most with your computer? Too slow loading stuff? Being too loud? Having no extra saving space? Videos are in low quality?

Besides, you could always try to open up your existing 360 console and look for inner fractures in the chips, motherboard, if something has melted or if its got some faulty fans that aint cooling it enough. Pry it open and look for clues.

I'm inclined to say that she's telling the truth, from what info you've provided it seems like she's somewhat interested. But then again I've been in these kind of situations before and even in hindsight can't really tell you what was going on. Girls are fucking confusing, so like I said, it seems to me like she's legit, but I could be totally wrong.

That is true, obtaining a permit, at least to my knowledge, is very difficult to get. The great state of California does not grant concealed weapon permits for one camping trip, in their eyes it would be unjustified.

At this point I was like, fuck it, and started tracking her every move via GPS. Coupled with all the call logs I managed to dig up, I realized that this asshole was taking the bus to my apartment every day as soon as I went to work. And if that wasn't bad enough, she was taking my car to go hang out with him as soon as I got home, as well. All the while, she kept telling me that she wants to be with me, and that she would never cheat or sleep around.

She was taking my money, buying 30 packs of Milwaukee's Best, and practically living in my car at times. Beer cans everywhere, clothes, food all over the place. It smelled, and she was slowly destroying it until she got busted the other day for her 3rd DUI. Her charges were possession of cannabis 2.5-10 grams, paraphernalia, the DUI, and transporting alcohol. She was arrested and spent 3 days in jail until her mother managed to gather enough money to bail her out. I actually went to the jail to bail her out on the day of her arrest, but then I got a call from one of her friends that basically confirmed all of my suspicions and then some. I couldn't bring myself to do it, so I just took a cab back home. Despite this, she kept begging me and vehemently denied doing anything sexual with that asshole. She was like “I want to see my baby girl. How could you do this to your child's mother!!?” My car got impounded, but I had to wait all weekend to get it out. The car was a fucking disaster like usual, but I found out that the windshield had a massive crack in the center of it as well.

She was supposedly drinking with this guy in a random parking lot and the two of them had started arguing. He bailed, and she ended up passing out. Someone noticed that she was passed out and called the police. The keys were in the ignition and I believe the car was still running. As previously mentioned though, she got out. We spent like 3 hours talking and she divulged everything that's been happening.

And instead of spending time with her baby girl, she went to the park, and this dude picked her up and they went to back to his place and partied with several of his friends all night. She told me that she would come back at some point today to chill with me and the baby, but I don't see that happening. She's probably going to jail for a little while, and probation is a definite. A 3rd DUI is no joke. I'm pretty fucking hurt. How could she lie to me and string me along for so long like that? I may push for full custody. Hell, I don't think that I want to be in this state anymore. Realistically speaking, what would be the best plan of attack? I don't know what to do

Talk to a lawyer. You need to get out of that relationship and you need to ensure that you get full custody of the kid.

i also want to share my cure for acne:

currently finished accutane, and its great. still get little bumps here and there but i only took it for two months cuz it shot up my triglycerides. i intend to finish my treatment but after month two ive already been cured. pic related is, however the after pic is not from after acne. its from after the following. i decided to take accutane cuz even with the following treatments it was hell. mostly cuz you had to pay attention your face all fucking day. but i digress. here is how you get acne free without accutane (Which i stlil recommend a bove all else)

Acne isnt as simple as parents made it out to be. if its only in one location its usually caused by a specific problem (for example (thisi s wrong but for example) acne on the nose would be a dairy issue). I had acne on my chin only, and thats a hormonal issue. however i cannot fix that as a dude (whereas women could just take birth control etc).

there are two approaches that worked well for me. the first is how i went from pic related to second pic related.

>tretinoin in the morning
>salicylic acne wash in the shower
>moisturizer after / as needed
>erythromicin at night

tretinoin is prescription but you can order online as well. you rub it on to your skin and it peels it fast, causing your acne to fall right off. thats.

salicylic acne wash is basic acne wash you can get at most any store. i get mine at rite aid.

moisturizer stops your face from drying itself out, which prevents your skin from getting damaged and/or over producing oils which makes more acne.

erythromicin topical gel is an antio biotic used to treat acne, however instead of applying it your stomach, you apply it to your face before bed. it attacks the bacteria right on your face, killing acne before it starts.

I used all 4 together and it wokred pretty well, but it was annoying. way too much of my day was dedicated to treating my acne, not eating foods, trying to find ways to scratch an itch without touching myface. if i was making out with a girl and she happened to rub her fingers across my face, you can bet your savings that id have acne on the part of my chin she touched.

i got so frustrated i went ahead and started taking accutane. i was nervous but within the first month i had no acne. i had to quit one week into the third month (of 5 months) but my acne still hasnt returned and for that im grateful. i can sleep face down, scratch my chin, eat whatever i want. its awesome.

Here are some more tips for your resume

Education
>take off "Part time student". It is neither a skill nor something you accomplished through education. Instead, you can add the classes you took that are relevant to the job you are applying to
>write your grade level if you are a junior or a senior in college to show that your have enough college experience. Dont add anything if you are a freshman or sophomore.

Experience
>write your role first instead of the place you worked at to make your roles more easily visible. You should make the more important parts of your resume easy to find

Skills
>add your proficiency levels in all the skills you listed (ex. Proficient in Excel)

Also, it is VERY important that you add how your experiences show the kind of worker you are.
For example, in your Tech Assistant role you can add that you have good interpersonal skills because you had to communicate computer problems to the people using those computers.
Furthermore, in your Supervisory Role, add that you had to delegate instructions to your team and helped sustain a good team environment through your interpersonal skills. Write something along those lines

Add a section for Objectives: what do you want to accomplish or what do you seek in a workplace?
Add a section for accomplishments: did you win any awards? What did you accomplish?

The bottom line is that good resumes highlight good qualities. They dont highlight just the experiences you made.

just dont drink. and then socialize. i had to quit alcohol cuz i was on accutane. ironically i spent more time at the bar while on accutane then not. the bartenders always know i want a water, and once in awhile surprise them wtih wanting a cherry coke.

they know im off of it now but know i just like to hang out, and its just easy extra tips so they dont care. no one else seems to. sometimes theres a discussion but i jsut say 'got something important to do after'.

to be honest if you're carrying around a glass of water no one assumes theres no alcohol. i think they assume its vodka tonic but its whatever.

that being said your other option is

go for the highest alcohol concentration to get fucked up fast on fewer calories. OR, consider going with low calorie drinks. i hear straight unflavored vodka gives you a lot of alcohol with very few calories.

1 jigger of vodka only has 94 calories, according to google. not sure what a jigger is but its 1.5 fl ounces.

also consider getting high on weed before hand if getting fucked up is important but i think you can have more fun than you k,now sober. and im not even saying you should be sober all the time, i still enjoy a drink.

but you will save a lot of money and calories if you drink only like once a month instead of every weeekend
