I got 2 sick grandmothers and a very broken mom who's not coping. 1 is terminally ill from cancer and she only has a few weeks left, the other is doing fine but it's still tough on the family.
Whenever I try to talk to my boyfriend about it, he just repeats "it's hard when family is ill" and "it's a part of life" adding to that he says "people move on" - honestly, it's insulting but I don't want to start a fight.
He keeps emphasizing that I need to be open and honest but wtf?
I've been with him for 6 years and this isn't new but it's the first time I've been shot down like this by him. It's like he doesn't care about my current situation at all...

I've always had a dream of joining the military but I realised it's not the best career choice in terms of money if you join as an enlisted soldier. Officers have it better and I will be trying to apply as one, but I feel like there is a high probability I will be rejected. (This is for the UK military btw)
Unfortunately, i fucked my A Levels up and scraped D's and C's. Would it be worth retaking my A Levels independently, trying to get A's (Which I think I could get with serious studying, i fucked around in sixth form) and then going for a degree in business/finance or something? I would go engineering but I feel like 3 years of maths will wear me down too much (I enjoy maths sometimes but the other times it can be extremely hard for me to understand certain topics and it saps my willpower to study)
Do people look down on you if you join as a soldier and stay in the mil for 6-8 years as a medium length career?
What should I do guys? I'm quite torn between the two options since either one can determine my future life.

So basically, tried many drugs, tried light therapy, sleep hygiene, bunch of natural products, etc
For every year my life continues on, I'll get about 7-9 months of reasonable sleep.
Six hours or so while allowing me to work days, and then it all goes to shit.
I've not been to work in almost 3 months, I have a commute out of the city, so I don't want to fall asleep and crash and die.
I can't maintain a job, I've been lucky this one place let's me keep taking time off, but at some point I'm going to be let go.
The fuck do I do? Sleep program has a fucking 4 month wait to get a damn referral letter that says it'll be up to THREE WHOLE YEARS before I can see someone.
Free healthcare as Canada, doesn't mean fast healthcare.
I don't want to be homeless, jobless, or job hopping every x months and trying to always explain this shit.
Couldn't get through college due to this shit.

I need some helpful suggestions or ideas.
I'm 30 years old without a career or life partner and I don't even know how to drive. My credit is bad, I have no surviving family and I have no friends, just addicts and gamers who use me.
I want to move to Vancouver, BC with my cat and I want to make it. My dream is to have my own apartment outside of VC and a job stable enough to keep me there until I can climb up and be someone, maybe get married and have a happy life. When I look at where I'm at and how alone I am, I feel completely forlorn.
