How can I get over thinking everything is tedious and exhausting?
I'm ignoring calls, lying to friends and dodging texts from my qt oneitis to reduce my chances of going out and doing stuff.
Do more things that aren't tedious and exhausting I guess.
turn off your computer/phone/internet device
go outside

i dont know how 'extreme' you are with this tediousness but maybe you just arent adventurous. i have phases. this last few months ive done nothing but run around all day and night going on adventures hooking up meeting friends, etc. etc.
and now it feels exhausting and i just want to sleep for a week so im doing what you're doing.
some people need more down time than others.
To me it sounds like depression. Prob nothing extreme, but hey keep your close friend updated on how you feel if they are willing to listen and support. If they offer help, follow through. Don't just complain and ignore ther suggestions on what to do.
Also this feeling may be due to ormonal spikes.
You a male teen? In that case, find a sport you like
This. I say I'll go be social, but in the end it's tiring. Even going to a coffee shop for a few hours to do computer work wipes me out. Going grocery shopping wipes me out. After socializing a bit I need a two day respite.
I don't know how normies have so much energy. I'm trying but I'm just so tired, 10 hours of sleep a night can't even cure how exhausted I always am. Takes like two hours to wake up in the morning, I just sit around groggy and try to read the news (aka /pol/) and eat my measly breakfast.
It's always been this way and I'm 24 now. I try and try but I'm just exhausted every moment of my life.

Count yourself lucky that anyone wants you around at all.
