This is something I usually think about. I get feelings of wanting to do stuff to women. I often think about, taking and raping them. And no I haven't done this to anyone even though I would given the chance without being caught. Basically I just get into this mind set a I would say 8-12 times a day where I'm thinking about doing what I want to do with the women and it does not leave my head unless I do something else to occupy.
I don't know why I'm sharing this, I honestly don't know what to do? I mean I want to do it but the laws in place and the risks are high. How long does it take to actually die from a lack of sleep?
Save for brief flashes of a dream that MUST mean I had some REM sleep, I can't honestly say that I'd have gotten any sleep at all for the past 48 hours. I've just laid awake in my bed in the dark for 8 hours at a time before giving up.
I don't drink coffee for 8 hours before bedtime, I don't keep my phone or other screens near my bed, I wear a sleep mask and if nothing else helps, take melatonin. The melatonin-sleep is restless and only ever lasts 4 hours at a time, so I usually only get up to get some four hours before my alarm rings.
But for the last two days, I fucking just _can't_ sleep. I shiver and get heart palpations and can't think straight, but I just. Can't. Sleep.
What do I do?

Sleeping 7 hours I'm usually tired at work, and lately I'm on a situation where some days I can't sleep more than 4 hours at most.
On top of my 8 hour shift in 2 weeks I'm starting a career that will take 5 extra daily hours, so basically week days will be for work/study/some sleep
I tried with vitamins, I eat meat, drink coffee (2 or 3 cups) I don't smoke, I'm on my mid 20's and I feel like I'm dying of exhaustion all the time, I want to do things but this takes the motivation away as well.
Didn't try psychologist, and even though I'm generally depressed I don't see how that would be related to exhaustion.

In December, this girl randomly gave me a high five in class which started about a two week journey of me walking with her to our cars after school. So I completely cut off communication, and never walked with her, never looked at her, and never talked to her again. And I just did this randomly, out of the blue.
I post a photo on Instagram, and now she fucking likes the photo after me ignoring her for a week. WHY? I would assume she liked the photo because she was upset I stopped talking to her. (she constantly tried to talk to me in class, and I would ignore her and not even make eye contact). So assuming she liked me, WHY DID SHE NEVER LIKE MY OTHER PHOTOS!?!?
