if your uni is fairly large there's probably a club for your program. ask around, those people will have similar schedules and you'll know the people so you can talk to them in class.
go to school activities. at some point in the year everyone will go to the bar or there'll be a huge party at the school idk. you'll meet people there.
talk to the people sitting next to you. if you're a pussy boy disguise it by saying you want to study with them or whatever, but in any case talk to them. you have nothing to lose and everything to gain

I've received an overwhelming response of people saying they're afraid that those of us with mood disorders/mental disorders will become violent and hurt them. My roommate in college was my best pal in high school (we went to the same school, but lived apart freshman year), and is still my best friend 8 years after we graduated.

But being roommates was a fucking challenge. I was depressed and kind of a shut-in at the time, and he was seriously dirty... like using the same sponge on the floor where the dog walked and shit and peed to clean our dishes. One time he left dog shit to bake on the porch for months and refused to clean it up. He was loud as shit.

I had my share of problems, and it did test our friendship. But things got better. I think it's just a matter of setting reasonable standards and such.
