These are all standard high school courses with many textbooks available. It doesn't really matter what book you use at least until calculus.

I would recommend going to the gym as often as you can. Good workouts, especially hit the weights. Trust me, you will not "Get too much muscle." Going to the gym will help balance hormones, it can give you some drive back. It's good for a lot more than just your looks.

Prepare your meals before hand and figure out a healthy daily meal size. If you're working out a lot that may very well be 2,00-3,00 calories, and you will still lose weight.

Change will not occur quickly. But if you keep at it you will continue to improve. Stretch marks will fade, expecialy from only 200 pounds. I have a friend coming back from 350 at 5',8". And trust me, stretch marks on someone who is in good shape are a minor flaw to most people, it's not as big as it seems now.

Yeah, taking legal action against somebody with no money for a single photo doesn't really sound worthwhile, especially because it's not like she's even profiting off of it, and it was taken in a public place, so she is probably totally within her rights to use it. And even if she weren't and I had the money and time to pursue a civil case, it would be a pretty absurd thing to do.
