Currently I'm working on a food list and looking for an acceptable meal plan to make gains on. So far up to 2k calories, 20% prot, 45% carb, 35% fat and still have diner and a late night snack to go.
1. pea/rice protein powder, fruit, some syrup and santen(coconut)
2. Rice, beans, nuts, vegetables
3. Bananabread: Oats, plantain, avocado, chia seeds, dates
4. Sweat potato, beans, nuts, vegetables
5. Bread with peanutbutter and banana
6. Diner: ???
7. Late night snack: ???
So far for most items have additional substitutes for the variation; list of nuts, beans/pea's/lentils, seeds, other main carb sources etc. Will try to avoid Soja, but it is optional for once in a while.

So less for animal rights reasons and more for general health and environmental reasons, I just think its the correct choice. I had been doing this for years, but lately it doesn't seem as effective as of late.
Diet wise I don't drink any juices or sodas, I mostly stick to waters
but, I indulge in cakes, and cookies sometimes. But other than that I mostly eat home cooked meals.
I don't do the treadmill because I have flat feet, nor do
the ellipticals because I actually lost muscle mass once when I added those to my regiment for a few months a few years back.
Honestly what is my problem? I need help, but I am just note sure who to ask.
