Yeah but you're pretty much limited to deadlifts, rows, cleans and clean & press/jerk. Maybe landmine press and T bar rows too. You need somewhere to do pullups, bench, squat and dips

Shitty sleep 6-13 waking up without energy to exercise, eating max 3000kcal and then fucking 8 hours of sitting on my ass in boring work. I already gave up because I don't see any point of waisting time for useless training and diet without progress

1. ZMA but go cellucor since it has the dick pills + melatonin in it
2. bee bee dot com has a sale on MT Clear Muscle. i picked some up on the april fools day sale and the shit is actually magic. no DOMS, super fast recovery, haven't really noticed "muscle gain" but im also on a cut but my lifts have stayed the same and can still push pre-cut PRs. basically just stops your body from catabolizing muscle.
3. drink more water. hydration helps recovery from sleep.
4. try preworkout. take your daily 5g creatine.
5. try a little *gasp* light cardio *gasp*. heart health and lung capacity can affect how tired you feel on a daily basis
6. over 35-ish? go to your doctor and get tested for test levels. under 35 and lanklet and/or gyno bitch tits? get tested anyways. legal test injections brah. hopefully its covered by your medical wherever you are.
7. try not to spike your insulin.
8. eat more fibre, helps get fatty foods out of your intestines faster - something something cholesterol dilutes blood something something i forget the mechanism just eat more fibre
9. iron deficiency? get tested if you can. Fe carries the O2 in your blood.
10. bring grip strength trainer to work. might as well work on forearms while you can. keeps your blood flowing and mind somewhat occupied.

Consistency and a love for working out were the missing ingredients over the years. Now I'm finally making decent progress and starting to like how I look again. Also lost interest in video games - I seem to only feel 'fun' when either socializing with friends or working on self-improvement/working on my project. Still get pretty sad about gf leaving me, but I guess that's normal after 4 years and a month in. Did smash some Tinder puss tho.

I feel like I want to try if for a couple of reasons.

Firstly I'm getting fat. Hard truth but can't wish my extra love away.

Second. I really want to see if i can actually pull through. a test of willpower

Third reason. My body is probably full of literally shit. I drink a lot twice a week and eat junk-food for most of my meals.


Anyhooters, Is the shit ever real? what's the deal, saw a video about some faggot looking dude pull through and looked amazing.

He went in detail about pro's and con's and his personal experience. but desu I can't be sure he actually did it.

I suck at typing. Thoughts and experiences? 86.47% of the people on here know more about our bodies than me.

I have been noticing over the past year that my hair has been starting to thin out where I used to keep it parted for awhile, which is absolutely unacceptable given I'm only 24 and only one male in my family has MPB, I am to understand that a specific type of exercise and even more specific diet can reverse this however I have several potential ongoing causes:

>Extremely high stress/depression
>Lack of solid diet and exercise
>Minimal sunlight exposure

If you have a moment please, throw everything you know at me, routine, diet, mentality, nofap, hell even shampoo, any information at all can be useful. I can't lift for shit, however my will is iron and I never give up.
