What's some good cardio to do on an excercise bike that will make my heart healthier and lower my BPM?
I started using it 2 nights ago for 30 minutes at a moderate speed, last night I did it for 40 minutes and tonight I'm about to do it for 50 minutes. Once I get up to a hour I'll just leave it at that.

Currently my resting heart rate is in the 80's and 90's, and standing up brings it up to 136. Walking around drops it to 116.

So, is this a good way to lower my heart rate? If not, what's better? I'd like to get it down to 60-70 resting and 80 when standing by the beginning of June.

Ok so I got on my excercise bike and it was broke. I smashed open the side since the screws wouldn't come out, and I found out that the belt wasn't attached. But I also saw pic related. I think the black has a wire that goes through it into the hole circled in red, that is covered in some wierd shit. What is this wierd shit, how do I get it off, and will it kill me?


I'm fixing my excercise bike (belt isn't attached) so I smashed open the side of it and on the wheel that turns when you pedal has pic related on it. I think the thing circled in black had a wire that went into the hole that's under the shit that's circled in red.
So, what is the stuff in red, how do I get rid of it, and will it kill me?

We've all heard conflicting reports about breakfast. Some say it's the most important meal of the day, while others learn to live without it. ITT: We talk about our favorite cardio routines, or at least the ones we hate the least.

Also, I'm in a bit of a pickle cardio-wise myself. I used to think cutting was gay so for the past 8 months straight I've done nothing but bulk and have put on a considerable amount of both muscle and fat. The problem is, wife and I are going to Cuba to see her family in exactly 2 months and she wants me to shed the fat but keep the gains. What's the best cardio routine for burning as much fast as possible in 2 months? Thanks brothers.

Sounds like you've gained a considerable amount of fat - 2 months is not a long enough period of time to cut down without losing significant muscle mass. I don't get why people don't cut once and clean bulk indefinitely.

I work out three days a week, running 12k in 1:30:00 and i just feel like sitting it out today because my neck is killing me and i got a new vidya.

Welp, time to get on some gear because going to the gym like a fucking maniac every day for 2-3 hours for years natty is getting me NOWHERE.

Been reading for months, likely going with a Baby's First Cycle of 500mg/week Test E and then ensuring the PCT is absolutely 100% spot-on.

What I don't quite understand though, is why do people say that by keeping up your fitness-regimen and everything, you should be able to keep much of the muscle-mass gained. But then some other people say you're going to lose it and unless you keep hopping back on gear, you're never going to keep your gains.

What gives bros?

Two things:
I'm 5'7, 159 lbs and probably 18% - 20%, is it possible to hit 15% in 4 weeks, and 12% in 8 weeks?

And:
>warm up OHP 45 - 85 - 100 - 120
>120 feels like fucking nothing, feeling good and I was amping myself up to try for a 135 1rm.
>Try to do 120 again after 3.5 min rest
>Feels heavy as fuck, can only do 3 dirty reps + 2 push press reps
>Rest another 3 mins
>Can't even get it up, deload to 115 and even that feels heavy

Why, should I take shorter rests? Longer rests? Gassing myself out cause I took too many warm up sets?

When I started for the first month I was working out at random times and at the end of each time since I was always pushing myself to my limits I was close whiting out but eventually my body got used to the intensity and duration and it was no longer a problem, recently the program increased the duration of each workout by 50% and added another set/round for each workout so now its 4 sets instead of 3.

Basically to cut the story short after the increased intensity and duration I have not been able to do the 4th set because after the 3rd set I am always super close to passing out. What can I do to either stop this or increase my whiting out threshold?

i might catch 1 or 2 girls a year looking at me, compared to the 0 that looked at me before i started lifting. but i still look like shit and i have a gf, so it's not like i could do anything with those 1-2 mires a year.

id rather just be lazy. the only thing that keeps me lifting 4-5 hours a week is my hatred for my disgusting body.

Anyone have coworkers always make remarks about your lunch?

For example everyone is feasting on pizza because someone is retiring and I decide to stick to my chicken breast, broccoli and brown rice. The entire room acts genuinely concerned and I feel like they are sitting me down for an intervention. It happens constantly.

Do you guys think that Navy Seals are all on gear to maximize their performance? They're the troops that really count and need to perform under extreme situations. Do you think that test boosters and other gear helps them do their job?
