Left side is the exercise, right side is the mobility for that exercise, you do mobility after each set

FSAS - Fundamental Straight Arm Strength
FBAS - Fundamental Bent Arm Strength
FLS - Fundamental Leg Strength

the numbers like 5x60s means mastery for the movement, in this case you look at 60s/60rep template and follow that progression, once you hit mastery (can do 5x60s) you move to the next level

for negative movements, 5x5x10s means you descend for 10s each rep

So /fit/ today I was at the gym and saw this guy with fukn juicy as fuark traps, back and glutes (couldnt see hams because of the joggers). I wondered what his routine looked like.

Guy then proceeded to do a godamn 2 hour deadlift workout. Like 4 sets of 6-8 reps touch and go daddylifts with 4plate with controlled eccentrics, plates lightly caressing the floor on each rep. Then +3 sets of touch and go deadlifts with 3.5 plate for 8-10 reps. Then like 3 sets of snatch grip romanian deads for +10 reps with 3 plate.

I was mirin the fuck out of his body the whole time (no homo). When he was done I casually asked him why he did so much deadlifting, he said it was all he did for traps glutes and hams twice a week.

So /fit/ Is this the ultimate posterior chain workout? It seems so simple and straightforward. I'm thinking about doing this too, I want that thick juicy posterior chain you just want to grab and squeeZ (no homo).

Yes, but clearly this guy is really fucking advanced, anyone who can complete that workout (especially the snatch grip 3plate 10+ reps after all the rest.. jesus) has been working up to it for awhile

Also do pullups to balance the ways your back develops. Pull from above and below, is the idea

I mean I wouldn't do the workout with that weight. But for example, I always did stop and go deadlifts, pretty much dropping ( not literally dropping but not lowering slowly either) the weight.

I'm thinking lowering deadlifts slowly will be much better because I'll be taking advantage of the eccentric part.

Also dat volume. Ive never done so much volume on deadlifts either, and only trained deadlifts once a week.

Forgot to mention, no belt either. I don't currently use a belt, but was thinking of using one once I started handling more weight.

Hi /fit/.
For a pretty long period of my life I was unhealthy and gained a lot of weight.
I've recently changed up my diet and began going to the gym. But I still struggle with running, my legs hurt about 1-2 minutes into a run and it makes it painful to do any sort of actual cardio

Download a C25K App on your phone.
Don't feel bad if you have to repeat Weeks when you're starting out. Week 4 is a sharp increase in difficulty, but you can do it. Or just repeat Week 3 or 4 until you can do Week 4.
Eat some kind of carb and drink water beforehand.

Eat the pain, bro. It's going to suck for about the first two months or so until your legs get used to it. Static stretch your calves, quads, and joints before you sleep. Dynamic warm up before running. Drink lots of water. Learn to love doing planks, they help a lot with running.

Here's my unwanted running advice. Unless you're really into running consider taking up a sport you actually want to be good at. Running is boring as shit. I try to keep it to a 5k run once a week. Aside from that, I get my cardio from Judo.
