How do i reach gorillaphant mode?

Also what is the natural average limit for deadlift strength? There are people claiming natty that lift like 250kg but i am stuck at 5x170kg and it feels like i cant get much stronger.

I am 5'9 so that should be a good size for strength exercises.

When I scratch an itch.

I have had a shoulder injury for like 4 months and have lost most of my gains.
How long will it take to get my gains back?

Hello guys, im a total noob when it comes to exercising, only started 3~ months ago for the second time ever.

Anyways, when doing doing the bench press I get a pretty intense burn / pain deep in my shoulder, but it only happens in 1 arm, my less dominant arm.

Is this normal bros? It only began 3~ weeks ago, which is why I thought maybe it isn't due to be my less dominant arm.

Lately i have been playing basketball for about 40-60min a day (usually half is shooting around and half is playing a game), but not really any intense workout. yesterday i decided to start running again because i noticed i was gaining a little weight.

I ran 5 miles yesterday morning at a casual pace (i finished in 41 min and 34 sec) and i was a little sore but doing fine.

Fast forward to today, I ran tbe same amount in about 45 min and felt okay throughout, but when i got home i noticed right above where my pubic hair grows, it feels like i have a big bruise. The pain is bearable, but i wanted to know if there is something i am doing wrong or something i should be doing after running. I always warm up and then stretch and after running i stretch and then take a shower.

Guys, I'm not fat but one of my friends is /fit/ and I just moved in with him. I have never lifted weights in my life and haven't really exercised since I quit my soccer team like 6 or 7 years ago. The other day I lifted weights with him. I pushed myself and after we finished I couldn't move my arms very much. The next day I woke up and it's was the same except I it was also really painful. It's been like this for three days and there's an immense pain whenever I move them even slightly that hasn't diminished noticeably.
Have I torn something? I feel like my body wasn't ready to jump into what he wanted me to do and I had too much pride to say that I was done lifting. What can I do to not be going through this fucking pain it's really bad.

Have you noticed there are very few successful people who are exactly 6'0" compared to other heights? I'm 6'0". It's tall enough to feel completely fine with the height. But not tall enough to be handed advantages and not short enough to feel like I have to compensate
