Lately i have been playing basketball for about 40-60min a day (usually half is shooting around and half is playing a game), but not really any intense workout. yesterday i decided to start running again because i noticed i was gaining a little weight.
I ran 5 miles yesterday morning at a casual pace (i finished in 41 min and 34 sec) and i was a little sore but doing fine.
Fast forward to today, I ran tbe same amount in about 45 min and felt okay throughout, but when i got home i noticed right above where my pubic hair grows, it feels like i have a big bruise. The pain is bearable, but i wanted to know if there is something i am doing wrong or something i should be doing after running. I always warm up and then stretch and after running i stretch and then take a shower.
