I was trying to get something space efficient for the home for when I'm strapped on time, and remembered getting a great workout doing kettlebell swings. And then I was like, "Man kettlebells are awesome, I goto get a novelty one." and started getting really hyped.
But then it occurred to me that it seems like the only movement kettlebells might be especially suited to is swings, MAYBE. I've always hated any push done with one, Turkish get ups are worse, they're not any better for rows/curls/lat.raises: What are they better at than dumbbells? I was excited to get one, but now I feel like they're a meme. Antibody tried swinging dumbbells?

kettlebell swings are a great exercise but if you have a pair of heavy kettlebells and refuse to do anything not-swing with them you wasted your money, there are so many things you can do with these mofos, GOAT for grip strenght and foremarms compared to dumbbells
