Hello guys, im a total noob when it comes to exercising, only started 3~ months ago for the second time ever.
Anyways, when doing doing the bench press I get a pretty intense burn / pain deep in my shoulder, but it only happens in 1 arm, my less dominant arm.
Is this normal bros? It only began 3~ weeks ago, which is why I thought maybe it isn't due to be my less dominant arm.
