Mine is Weaponlord. Game kind of tanked because it was overly complicated for fighting fans of the day, but could probably get a great niche following now. Also with today's tech you could make the whole thing look like a moving Frazetta painting which is what I think they were always going for.

That's basically the same thing. Fighters are like that though, because they take so much practice to perfect you tend to stick with one or two rather than play many. So it's hard for new ones to gain traction, specifically in the retro days. Things are much better now with online and high popularity where even niche games can develop large enough player basses to keep them interesting.
Also it's a fantastically designed game that's very deep when you dig into it. It just has animation hiccups and is a bit slow. Namco's Soul games are a sad legacy for it.

My friend is looking for this game she played when she was little but can't remember the name. She was very very little and she only remembers one part of the game. In that part you are a little boy with a wolf/dog and are trying to pass this bear. The bear wont go away. Your only option is to fish out something from the lake. But the bear won't eat the small fish and if you have a big fish the Dog will eat it! There should also be a Cabin nearby and it is WINTER. This is all that she remembers and it would mean a world to her. You guys already helped me find my nostalgic game once. I'm sure someone knows...

The famous Earth logo that also serves as an "O" in the title, is a vectorized version of the famous "Blue Marble" photo, allegedly the first picture of our planet taken by a human being. The original picture showed a picture of earth with with the South Pole on top, but NASA flipped it upside-down when they published the picture, simply due to North bias (and because human rationale would expect North to be up, and South to be down)
So basically, the "upside down" Earth on the Mother logo has the original Blue Marble in it, the one that was actually flipped over was the officially published one.

"The Blue Marble" is neither the first picture of earth from space, nor is it the first one to show the earth as a whole circle. If you're referring to the "taken by a human being" aspect, that's also false, Humans have taken handmade shots of earth all through the Mercury and Gemini programs.

Does the drive scratch discs?
How loud is the cooling fan (lower wattage PSUs may help to reduce this noise)?

This is the crappiest version because it RRODs the most, and is the noisiest.
The second version of the Xbox360 is more angular and lacks the HDD enclosure. It can also be distinguished by the capacitative (touch not press) power and eject buttons. This is the best version because it has less RROD, less fan noise (by no means silent though), has a S/PDIF port for your HiFi receiver, and has more internal storage for ROMs than the original versions.
The last version of Xbox 360 mimics the appearance of the Xbox One but is smaller.
This "E" version lacks the AV port and thus is HDMI only so it cannot be used with CRTs.
These come with the largest hard drives for emulation on LCD TVs but are probably harder to hack because they have newer, patched firmware.

Why is this never discussed on /VR/?
What was the gaming public's reaction to this irritating and immersion breaking disturbance after having just left the 5th gen which was nearly silent*?
Do you remember any articles from gaming mags back in the day mentioning this?
What is the best fan mod to reduce the DC's noise?
Is there room enough inside the DC for a passive heatsink solution?
If so, how do you fool the circuit which shuts the DC off unless a fan is plugged in and drawing 5V?
*Technically the 3DO phat and Apple Pippin had cooling fans but no one had those.
