You can also turn him into a geomancer so he can equip Phy upping cloths while still using a sword to get even more damage out of him, This gives you the added benefit of being able to give Ramza Excalibur

Haven't played Tactics since 1998. Wiegraf Zodiac fight is a bitch first time around. I just use Ninjas and cheese through the game though.

True, I always end up spamming Ramza's speed buff until I get 3 or 4x the amount of turns. Feels like cheating but the fight itself is bullshit and comes right after 2 other very hard fights.

Yeah, in my opinion the biggest problems the vanilla game has are balance and exploitability. I love breaking games however, so I don't mind them.

I went dragoon for the fight, despite never really levelling it up on Ramza. Couldn't beat him any other way, but using jump and knowing the game was set up that Wiegraf will always try to hit you from the back made it so I came out with full health out of the ordeal.
