This describes the average player character to a tee. Minus the 'intelligent' part, and 'devoted' instead of 'devoid'

It's a kind of glue. If you search "miniature gore glue" or similar I'm sure you'll find a bunch of stuff.

My fried used upu? Glue (in a yellow tube) to create a similar effect.

You make a contact point with a blob and then drag it to another area leading the string.

It's quite easy, although I'm not sure if that method would be functional for mass usage like the pic you posted.

I suppose you could apply the glue to a surface first and then add some paint, moving on to applying it to the model.

There's probably an easier way, but that's the method that came to mind.

GURPS is definitely worth a look. It has a reputation for being intimidatingly complex, but it's really just a generic system where you start with the basic rules (which are pretty simple) and add whatever optional rules fit your campaign. It's decent for representing characters who generally operate on the level of normal humans but have superpowers on top of that, which is a good fit for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.

That said, it might be a bit tricky to represent the actual mechanics of Stand powers in the rules, but once you get that figured out it shouldn't be too hard to give them whatever unique special powers they're supposed to have on a person-by-person basis.

If you can play Batman, play it. It's amazingly fun. It uses terrain like Infinity, it plays skirmishes in ways that few games do, the combat is fast-paced and exciting, and the objectives are interesting and dynamic.

I have the League of Shadows, myself, because I'm a big fan of stabbing bitches. Liam Neeson best model.

I picked up the Suicide Squad starter for Christmas. I'm planning on running a Joker crew; first priority is swapping out starter box Joker for the Killing Joke version, since I'm not a fan of the Jared Leto design. Once I've got everything built I'm going to take it into the local club to do a demo and see if I can drum up interest.

OP here, I've been playing it a lot recently and am LOVING it. I've been buying up a lot of stuff too, in anticipation for games in the area, plus I've volunteered at my FLGS to run the BMG events/tournaments down there

Modern staples, also Fate and Shadows aren't being opened much anymore so supply is drying up.

Why would it be "magical realm" when the player does not share the fetish or attempt to force it upon the other players or the GM, even when "magical realm" is explicitly defined as trying to hammer in your fetish to the point where everyone else cringes?
If anything, it would be more of a problem that players who claim they're doing that are just trying to cover up their own fetish, but in the case that the player really does not share that fetish and is trying their best to make it into a faceted character trait, can it still be called "magical realm"?

Every group of new Paladins are split into two groups - those who are the most two faced and vicious are indoctrinated into being the very embodiment of a heroic champion.
Meanwhile those who are the most emphatic and caring are beaten into being the most vile, hateful, and spiteful villain.

Or have the whole gig be balance - for every good deed they have to do something bad or vice versa.

Or go full resonance with it and have it be an automatic effect - saving someone sparks a fire or killing a dog cures a child.
