I like your maymay arrow text but fail to understand the picture
I would post the compilation of the twenty-or-so posts that make fun of the car channels but I lost it on the highway along with my phone
>shotty wiring under the hood next to hydrogen in pickle jars...
On paper it seems like a reasonable option, and I'm all for retaining yet refining ICEs, but I believe there's a dangerous by product produced with hydrolysis other than the water vapor after the hydrogen combustion.
I'm sure others can chime in.
>redpill me
kys
hydrogen through electrolysis was a net loss I thought.
Posting my dream stable.

You got those dates wrong.

600 was in 2008.
Hey guys.
>took vehicle offroading to pic related
>mid day on sand trail going through forest
>sequence of wood retaining walls to keep sand where it is
>one of these ends up being a sheer drop of about 10-15"
>can't see it because sand all looks the same
>crunch down hard, suddenly get vibration from front left while idling
>get underneath and loosen sump guard, vibration improves
Initially I thought it was a bend in the sump guard hitting the exhaust.
Hammered it out, only just got around to installing it back on the car (it's 2am here, I've had a big week).
Still have a pretty significant vibration when the car is tilted to the right and when engine is under load in reverse gear (doesn't actually have to be moving to feel vibration).
So the next most likely culprit would be a broken engine mount yeah?
Been reading the FSM for my car.
Seems like there's only 2 engine mounts in total?
Doesn't seem right to me.
I'll have to park the car until Saturday when I can get a good look at all the engine/transmission mounts.
>>16032690
Forgot to say.
>vibration goes away when sump guard not installed
Still might be a sump guard mount but they all look pretty unbent.
>pic related, the dent I hammered back out in the sump guard
>and yeah they didn't design this for the diesel version of my car so I had issues from the get go with exhaust clearance and it took a lot of messing about with spacers to get it right
Oh no I went offroading for an hour and now I have a vibration

It took an hour to cross from the ferry point over to the Eastern beaches alone (Fraser Island).
Here is a dingo looking for babies to steal.
Hey guys I'm looking to pick up a 3rd gen supra but the only non sketchy or trash ones I can find are automatic. Can the automatic trans compare to the manual in terms of reliability/enjoyment? I'd prefer a manual but I'm loosing my patience
losing*
Mk3s are awful enough with a manual I wouldnt even waste my time with an auto
Buy a clean one and 1jz/r154 swap

>0:24 the car did not stop before pulling straight into a road
>0:31 the car clearly pulls illegally past the stop sign
>2:28 car is driving on wrong side of road
>3:05 car ignores "stop"
And those last two were at the tesla quarters where it should be the most well tested to begin with.
why is it so heavily edited, hiding where it goes full retard?
When I was 16 in 2008 my grandparents bought me a Dodge Charger (2.7l V6). I've had it for the past nine years and it only has 94,000 miles on it.
I'm not sure if some of you know, but, a lot of Dodge vehicles from that era have notorious front end issues and mine is the same. Its gonna cost me anywhere from $2,200-$3,500 to get it fixed. Its time for a new car.
Now, I know you guys are going to give me shit but keep in mind I don't want my insurance to skyrocket and I've never been into speed, just style.
I thinking about pic related. I know, I know, its an automatic V6. Don't care, not interested in speed and manual, I know how to drive a manual and I just don't care. Its a 2006 with 134k miles and they're asking $5865. I figure I might be able to jew them down to about 4500, trade in my POS Charger and get hopefully at least $2000 for it.
What do you guys think?

Shouldn't they look at the shifter first?....
Do you drive with the windows open or nah? Why? What do you enjoy most about it?
I do it because it shows how macho I am to endure wind while on the highway. It's gettin a little cold tho so I might wear another jacket or close the windows.
Respond.
>>16032136
I close my windows all the time even when the top down
>>16032136
I drive with my windows shut but my doors open.
What do you guys do with your left leg? Just started driving stick a few weeks ago and I'm still having a difficult time launching quickly and consistently (unless I take a few seconds). I think this might be due to me being a bit overweight or not used to lifting my leg in the car. Do you use your whole leg on the clutch or lift it up to clutch down and then lift your foot with the heel planted?
Do I need to be more /fit/ to drive /stick/?
...No?
Have you ever seen a truck driver?
>>16032085
Lose some weight
>>16032085
i use my whole leg, you'll probably get used to it after a while. also be careful not to rest your foot on the clutch as you wont realise how much force you apply.
Is Hotrodding still accepted around these parts?
Building up old pushrod motors with the surplus of aftermarket parts?
I know Chevy guys do it, but is that really it?
The old Ford Windsors were great, and obviously so all the old Mopar motors. Yet, cars today are already pretty cammed out.
The coyote motor doesn't even have an aftermarket came available from major retailers.
Is it even worth to build a classic hotrod motor, like a 302W or a 350 Chevy anymore? Is the experience worth it alone over the price to power ratio that it has to compete against today?
Eh for a laugh I don't see why not
>>16031942
>The coyote motor doesn't even have an aftermarket came available from major retailers.
au contraire
>>16031942
No, because you can't build something better than what already exists in your backyard unless you're an extremely talented engineer.

>>16031880
It has it's own oil, GM.
It's fucking shit oil, I think the spit of starving african children will lubricate the engine better.
Pieces of shit with no redeeming qualities from the point of view of an enthusiast. Okay cars from the point of view of a normie/poorfag/both.
So Germany wants to ban internal combustion engines, what now?
