Are 4 year old new tires worth it? Will my handling and safety be compromised?
tirerack is selling 2012 production tires for $40/off new production tires. I'm a poorfag and can't really afford new tires.
Tires with tread are fine until about 7-9 years. So yeah it's fine.
Nothing wrong with 4 year old tires unless its been sitting in harsh climates with cracking sidewalls.
be sure they were properly stored
also who dat?
If you were given $200,000 to spend on a new car, that you had to drive until you die, what would you choose?
Here's my pick, no hesitation.

I don't know why all this time I thought that the Focus RS is like a $45,000~ car, but holy fuck...you can order one of these for $37,000~? That seems like an insane performance bargain given the reviews, stats, and lap times.
37k before the dealer marks it up because people hyped up a hatch that's pretty okay but still just a moderately souped up hatch.
Most people still associate the focus with lackluster shitboxes so their value will likely tank in five years.

>That seems like an insane performance bargain given the reviews, stats, and lap times.
yes
Ford is GOAT
But you can't
Fucking Ford shills
I have a $6k budget and Im looking for a Porsche 944.
Ive never owned one before so Im not that familiar with them. I was wondering if they would make decent daily drivers? especially in the winter as I live on the East Coast.
Also what is the best year for the naturally aspirated 944 and is it possible to get a decent one under $6k
hope you can fix it for 6k lol
>>16030561
>I was wondering if they would make decent daily drivers?
No. No they wouldn't.
They're great second cars, great weekend cars, great project cars.
Carjackers leave car behind because it's a manuel

Pic semi related. It's my car so yes I'm kinda biased
>>16030528
Looking at yours makes me embarrassed to own one.
Anybody have the gif of the guy trying to steal car but can't because manual.
>>16030664
I don't even own one and I agree and feel bad for you
Aston Martin is making an even better car than the One:1?
1000hp, 1000kg weight, enough downforce to pull 4 lateral Gs, the same as an F1 car, naturally aspirated V12, 2 seater with fighter-jet style tandem seating.
150 made at $4 million each. Aston Martin sure is making crazy hypercars lately, even if they're normal models suck.
Basically what you'd make as an LMP car if you didn't have to abide by silly rules, plus a second seat.
>>16030441
Doesn't matter. They'll only make 5 for $50m a piece.
>4 lateral gs at 300 mph
riiiiiiight
>>16030455
150 at $4m a piece.
>>16030502
I'd imagine it's @ 200mph. Have a citation?
Are you going to buy a Tesla Model 3? What are your thoughts on the need to transition to sustainable transport? Do you support Tesla Motors?
Can't wait to see these stanced on the roads.
>>16030384
Not gonna buy the 3 but i support the movement. It's just the next step in tech and anthropology. Theres aways gonna be diehards for old tech like steam engine fanatics, horse back riders, and sail sailer. I for one welcome our new electric engine overlords.
>Are you going to buy a Tesla Model 3
Are they actually going to fucking manufacture any? Just like they're going to be in space soon, right?
I bet Tesla fags believe their Fuhrer's hair will grow back naturally someday too.
Does anyone actually make a good AWD hatchback that isn't 25k? I just want a cheap hatchback that's AWD instead of FWD

I want to buy a truck. Would be a first time truck owner. I have been renting a truck and trailer to take my kids to the go kart track and would like something that tows it. 4 karts + tools + tires + fuel + trailer, etc.
I like the interior of the Honda better but the exterior is better on the Tacoma. I know the Honda has better fuel economy. How is the reliability of both? Too early to tell on the Honda?
Which would you recommend? Any used truck options?
>>16030292
Dude get the toyota hands down cannot go wrong with the Tacoma, the new one is sexy as fuck with the long bed and crew cab. Plus they last pretty much forever. I would never touch a honda truck.
>>16030305
this.
although honestly both would be great for what OP wants to do. the tacoma however, will be more useful as a traditional truck
Tacoma.
The Ridgeline just screams soccer-mom grocery getter. Also has the face of a midsize crossover too with a truck bed attached to it.
But i'll admit, it pretty comfy.
