Saw this bullshit on facebook, it's like whichever libshit that wrote it attempted to get as much stuff wrong as possible

>kel-tec sub2000 is considered a less pricey alternative to the ar-15
>shows picture of over-under shotgun calling it a semi-automatic
>shoehorns in random facts about shootings to scare the mentally retarded

When will it end, lads?

And shooting them dead too, apparently.
>>
>For those who don't know, a revolver is a pistol with revolving chambers that allow multiple shots to be fired without reloading.

It's subtle, but you can tell they're trying to scare people who know fuck-all about guns with the way they word this shit. Same thing with the other guns they picture. "AY DID U KNO THAT LE AURORA SHOOTER USED A GUN JUST LIKE THIS ONE WHEN HE KILLED ALL THOSE PEOPLE?! SPOOKY! *Not this exact model though :^)"

Just to add, this sounds like absolute bullshit:

>While the Taurus 605 and the Taurus 85 were the bestselling new revolvers on GunBroker.com in September 2015, the Colt Python was the bestselling used revolver.

This thread is not a war between the two but which do you personally like? And why do you prefer one over another?

***DISCLAIMER***

You can only post ITT if you actually shot both types.

I like DA/SA more than striker. I feel like I can appreciate a good DA trigger pull more than a very crisp striker trigger. The added layer of a safety is a plus and I don't find the transition to be unpleasant or annoying, I have fun going from DA to SA when shooting my P226. I still carry a Shield despite all of this.

striker in a carry gun
da/sa or sa for range use

striker for carry since the triggers are good enough and theres no hammer/beavertail jabbing me in the side when i bend
da/sa for range use since i shoot them better

I'm looking at the G26 or G29. I've been told that the 19 can be a little bulky for Florida's heat. I've gone back and forth on my compact but now I've decided with much reluctance that Glock is my go to choice. The grip feels like dogshit but i'm looking for something that will keep on chugging. Any advice /k/? Right now I'm running a duty size inside a dedicated quick access pouch.

If you're going to keep it in your car then you may as well get a fixed blade of a decent size that adheres to state laws.

Victorinox resque tool.

Actual glass cutter
Seatbelt cutter
All purpose knife
Glass breaker
And some other stuff which is handy but not needed at all time.

It also glows in the dark for visibility.

If you want a good folder for in your car that wont offend the public or police anywhere.

Mig 15 Vs f86

Who's better and why?

My opinion the f86 because it had 6 50 Cala which required less trigger patience and overall design of the aircraft was better

F-86 because it's sexy as fuck, and radar assisted guns. .50cal was also replaced by (4)20mm in later variants which were better overall. More stable as well, and overall the pilots were better.
>>
>>31352192
Better pilots made it. Look at the kill ratios for Sabres to MiGs, most MiG pilots were barely trained enough to get the thing off the ground. Not to mention Sabres racking up hundreds of antiquated Yak-9s and Tu-2s.

The Mig had a lot more firepower, but the pilots generally didn't have the training to make use of it.
