Theoretically less safe due to the close proximity of the chamber to your face. In reality, this is so fucking unlikely to cause issues I don't even know why people bring it up.
Crappier triggers due to the extended trigger bars.
No adjustable stocks.
Less space for your tacticool mall ninja attachments (or important things like grenade lawnchairs).

Alright noarmors, IIIA is what is not rifle rated. Note the A. III -WILL- stop 7.62x39 and x51 barring some wierd projectile. If it can't, it doesn't meet the NIJ`s criteria for being III armor. The end.
...But fucking buy level 4 standalone ceramics. They're not much more expensive.

I'd personally buy something to wash the brass and make it all pretty, but that's purely personal preference.

If you can't be arsed to buy something special a hose clamp screwed to the trigger of a drill and a coffee can duct taped shut with some lemon Brite, crushed walnut (you can get this in pet stores) and your brass will work fine too.
If you are doing a lot it will be a decent bit of trouble and I'd recommend getting a dedicated tumbler and steel pins, much less dust and you almost never need to replace them. Also a little quieter.
