I went to a gun show about two weeks ago and tried to buy an M&P 15. I wasn't able to buy the gun then because they sent my background check in for further review. Well, I went and picked up the gun yesterday because the dealer said the 5 day period had expired so he could sell then gun. However, when he checked the status it said it was still "open" and that a final decision would be made by the 12th of December. If for some reason they deny my background check before the 12th will I have to return the gun? As far as I know there is nothing in my background that would prevent me from owning a gun.

So,Id like to know if I can get a gunsmith to work on this to make it a good hunting rifle.Id only shoot out to 100 yards.Would it be better to just get a new hunting rifle (savage axis) or get this worked on.I like the idea of using an old battle rifle to hunt but I also dont want the animal to suffer if the me and the gun cant get the shot right.

/k/ i fucked up big time.
i occasionally use my glock 21 to shoot with for fun, aiming practice and whatnot.
i saw a guide on how to shoot more accurately and i hydra-shok cartridge and filled it with wax, let it cool and put a small pistol primer inside it, and then filled it up with wax.
i went into the woods near my home to practice and test them out and they didnt make me shoot more accurately at all and im afraid i did something bad and i will be arrested.
what do i do
