Hi /k, any recommendations as what to cary with me when I go walking. I live in the back woods with a bunch of redneks and most of them have huge doggos and only small fences. I sometimes cary pepper spray with me when I go down new roads but I forgot it today and I had to back track 6-7 times because some dumbasses leave their gates open.
I have:

>Somewhat dull balisong (what is a good sharpener to get and where from?)
I want something other than what I have that will be a good replacement for pepper spray but will defend me from doggos better than my shoe will. NOT looking for firearm because too expensive.
