>Gander Mountain has the pistol I want on sale for a lot less money through the weekend only
>was originally gonna buy it from my dad's FFL dealer buddy who said he could beat GM's price
>guy hasn't got back to me on a price yet
>scared I will get stuck paying more than I had to
should I just say fuck it and... >pull the trigger... heh heh

Glock 19 Gen 4
it's like 70 bucks cheaper during the GM sale
that's a fair amount of money I could be spending on ammo
I've never really had the money to buy any gear but I have a new job and hopefully some disposable income.
I love looking at loadouts. Please post any product recommendations aswell

I'm a fan of the Bianchi UM92 holster, it's a solid universal holster. with the potential for an assload of modifications.
So i just got my first revolver, the rough rider. Im trying toremove the cylinder to remove what i assume to be the orange safety ring.
I removed the pin that holds the cylinder in place but it wont fall out like all the tutorials ive seen. So i put it back in place and put the pin in when i decided to figure it out in the morning, but now the hammer wont move.. help please..
Once you remove the cylinder pin, the cylinder should fall out. I'm assuming it's the faggy orange plastic thing that is preventing it. Try again and don't be afraid to use a little muscle.
>>32116458
PS: A picture might help.
Every problem can be solved with either:
>Strong application of hammer
Or
>Liberal application of Explosives
Pick one and try it. If it doesn't work, apply the other.
Who remembers this

I'm the guy who sold out /k/ to the /pol/ faction to prevent a war, hoping to keep me and my shitty little nation safe.
It worked actually.

you shifty little nigger.
I was the leader of innawoods and got a bunch of diplomatic shit (mostly espionage) blamed on me as damage control for that + the goon stuff that never existed in the first place.
tl;dr?
>during berthing while the ship was reversing, a screw inadvertently struck part of the dock
>it was found that the impact had offset one shaft line, which is to be realigned. And one of the screws will need to be replaced.
>The captain has reportedly been relieved of duty.

Nice fucking link
Do those mechtech Glock carbines make good survival guns? To go in your truck or bug out bag? I was just gonna get One of those generic shotgun/.22 over unders but I figured with this I'll get a little more firepower and I'll have the option of carbine or pistol. I just didn't want to break the bank on some fancy ass drilling that I'll shoot once or twice.
Just buy a non-meme gun
>>32116087
then buy it
Also
>I'll have the option of carbine or pistol
I'm assuming it takes a while to take apart, you should just have both a carbine and pistol
Just picked up a box full of fun. Anyone wanna guess what is inside ? Here's a hint, this stuff can melt steel.
Dish soap.
is it jet fuel?
Jet fuel?
What shotgun is this? It's the one found on Kurt when he died.
Looks like an auto 5 to me but not sure.
>>32115125
I've always read it was a single barrel 16ga. What's your source?
>>32115125
Looks to be a Remington Model 11 Sportsman, just a reduced magazine capacity version of the Model 11 which itself was a license built Auto-5. The Model 11 actually is based off the earliest Auto-5 so it lacks some features of the later models, also the Sportsman had a goofy forend and magazine cap which identify it.

New pics were recently released. They are properly accounted for from the Seattle pd
type it in for yourself. I'm pretty sure these are real but not 100%
Hey /k/, I've only owned bolt guns and handguns, I wanna know the best AR-15 for the money out of the box. What should I look for? What brands should I look for? Should I look for one or add my own rail system?
>>32114565
depends on what you want...
A lot of people will recommend the colt 6920, but in my opinion it is a little pricey for a basic bitch AR. I personally am a fan of aero-precision rifles. Most of them feature midlength gas (which is what you want for a 16" barrel)
http://aeroprecisionusa.com/ar15-complete-rifle-15inch-quantum-hg.html
You can also find them at gunbroker and other retailers if you can't be arsed to wait for them to come back in stock.
>>32114565
Aero and CMMG are the only two brands I have any real experience with, and I'm happy with the rifles I own from each.
A rail is good for a light if you want a very large nightstand gun, but otherwise I don't really see any benefit over a fixed front sight and plastic hand guard, at least for my use.
>>32114619
Dude, damn near anything colt is "pricey for basic shit"
That's pretty much what their company is.
It's part of the reason I'll never buy anything colt, no matter how sexy that's python is.
Shooting Freedom Munitions remanufactured 223 today and this happened. Gun jammed because of this but seemed fine after I cleared it. My question is, is it safe to keep shooting this stuff?
>>32114076
Take it back, get a refund, make them issue a recall..
I don't see the problem, OP. Seems safe to me.
God speed.
>>32114076
Same thing happened with a batch of Armscor .308 in my FAL. I'd stop, if I were you.
So is this EVER coming out? Every time i hear it's going to be released, it gets pushed back a year ...... :(
>>32114000
Sucks, I was hoping at least I could get the bullet button version this year...
Does anyone have any updated info on this?

I have here an 1891 argentine mauser
Its all original according to the serial numbers but for some reason I cant find one with a curved bolt like on this
The cavalry carbines had them but I dont think this is one
I have more pictures inbound
Hopefully someone here can enlighten me as to what some of these markings are
Sadly the crest has been ground off
You can See just a hint of the rightmost part of it still left though
This handshake stamp is on just about every part of the barrel and action
/k/ommandos what is the best choice of ar for about $700?
>>32113618
S&W MP15 is probably the best choice, because at sub $1k building an ar usually gets you the same quality as just buying something
As for whether it's the one you'd like that's up to you.
Babby's first AR was a 16" windham for $650 and shortly after a used fn15a2 for $750

GOAT!
I threw together a PSA out of the cheapest assembled lower/upper/bcg they had. 16" barrel, mid length gas system, magpul moe stock and grip.
Put it through a class and some 3 Gun. Over 1,000 rounds through with no malfunctions. Ammo has all been Wolf Gold. Mags are magpul (Gen 2 and 3), Lancer L5awm, Troy battlemag, and USGI mags with magpul followers.
I got to fire this. Have I achieved wheraboo enlightenment?
No, OP. That requires a G43 at a minimum.
>>32113589
Really? I felt my great grandpa that was in the SS smile down upon me when I fired it.
>>32113622
Enlightenment is a pretty big step, though. Meditate some, and go look for more krautsurp.
