Has anybody changed their carry habits or routines because of the "civil unrest"?
What's it like for fellow /k/ommandos in more urban or liberal settings where this stuff is happening? Any interesting stories or experiences?
I'm in hick-ville oildfield town USA so all's quite here.

This isn't even as big in scale as those occupy movements, and probably 1/4th as dangerous. If you're not at a BLM demonstration wearing a MAGA hat, the danger is no worse than usual.

I live in a liberal city and I'm only a 15 minute walk away from a major liberal university and I haven't even seen any of these protests myself, only heard about them from people who happened to be in the area when they went down. Unless you purposely go looking for trouble, you probably won't find it. It's not like there's urban warfare or daily riots going on or anything. It's pretty much been business as usual.
That being said, you should always be prepared to defend yourself. I still carry daily, including to class.
