Yes, the rumors are true of your massive faggotry.
>>33054515
The rumor that it's an ugly piece of shit? Yes.

So, /k/ - with 16 years of hindsight, how would you rate the US/NATO performance in Afghanistan? What went right, and what went poorly? What lessons were learned?
Can I grade it on a percentile?
>>33054453
Yes.
>>33054377
not nuking it was a mistake
>chilling in a town a little more ghettoer than mine
>still pretty middle class, not really ghetto
>see a friend cuz I knew him, he was with his squad
>I roll up and say what's up
>we start talking I jokingly say to his friends I'll shank 'em in the ass
>they laugh, I tell them I'm playing with them
>they go outside (it's like a community center, bball court is behind the building, we go to the front)
>I wait indoors
>the guy I said I'd shank comes back in for whatever reason
>as he's going out this guy with a set of crazy eyes says he called pvm
>who's pvm I ask the guy I said I'd shank (i'm just gonna call him shank from now on)
>shank says"you did not, don't shit with me"
>crazy eyes said he did
>I ask shank who pvm are
>someone you don't wanna fuck with
>crazy eyes smiles and steps outside
>I go out, it's boring inside and I'm waiting for my ride
>most of my friend's squad get picked up, but the car can't hold that many people, so 2 people stay behind
>crazy eyes shows everyone the uber he called for pvm and prove that he called it to some house party
>the 2 guys (including shank) seem to know who these people are
>crazy eyes: "they're on their way right now, they're gonna be here in 7 minutes"
>I have no idea who these people are, I start panicking
>Try to reason with him, tell him to call them off
>I don't know him, he doesn't know me, let's just keep it chill
>Nah no can do, they're coming
>"you can either sit here and wait, or you can run and we'll find you."
>one of the two guys tell him to just let me go
>crazy eye asked me if I had any money
>$120 in cash but I wasn't just gonna hand it to him
>"nah man, not really"
>"run them pockets"
>I don't do anything
>the two guys leave
>I decide to book it, fuck that I'm not gonna wait around to get jumped
>scared that they might find me, now feeling doubtful cuz none of them know who I am or where I live, etc
(1/2)
>looking back, I had my keys, they're on a lanyard
>I should've wrapped it around my arm, put the keys between my fingers and socked him
>kicked his face in before I ran
So, the point of this story is that, is there something inconspicuous that I can carry around with me as a weapon? I can't carry a gun or a knife or any weapon, not enough funds, and the college I go to doesn't permit it. Is there something I can carry that can be used for day to day life, but can be turned into a weapon? Like my keys for example.
Also, anyone know who pvm are or who they might be? They seem to be a big deal to those guys there, but none of my friends from that town knew who they were, nor anyone I asked.
>>33054291
9Linetactical sells a "bottle opener" key chain that works as good brass knuckles. Called the Odin or something. Also most colleges allow small folder knives (like 3-4 inches) check if they're kosher, they're better than nothing.
Lastly get a chp and carry in your backpack. Fuck the rules, survival comes first.
Also your friends sound like grade A niggers, don't go to that place or associate with those people (chances are they were just fucking with you)

Don't tell dindus that you're gonna stab them. Problem solved. Around blacks, never relax
Why did John McCain try to sink the USS Forrestal?
https://youtu.be/U6NnfRT_OZA?t=200
Soros told him to
John McCain also tried his hardest in the '90s to make it so the UFC would never happen. Tried to get it banned and kept off the air. Almost made me vote for Obomer instead of him t b h.
>>33053821
It's not McCain's rocket that malfunctionned.
Also it was just a matter of lowest bidder and shitty doctrine for the deck crew
We all know gun shows are generally shit now, but there are occasionally good deals among the jerky, $899 AKs and nazi shit.
What good deals have you gotten?
>>33053759
I got a wife. I proposed to her in the parking lot of a gun show.
Found my STG at a gunshow
Dude had it way overpriced so it hadn't sold in at least a year, probably more
Talked him all the way down to 1300 and sold off all the dumb shit on it for like 250
>>33053759
I collect oddball firearm cartridges and there's always this East German ex military guy there with a bunch for sale for $1 apiece, it's pretty nice.

Classy.

So when I draw sometimes my finger is too far up on my Shield trigger to where it can't work the trigger right. It's like my finger is in the wrong place or something to where I have to pull DOWN while pulling back because it won't go back.
If i take my time and position my finger right it works fine obviously, but I have a habit of putting my finger too far UP on the trigger and I have a feeling that this could happen under stress especially at contact distance.
What a piece of shit. This doesn't happen with my Glock, should I just get an Apex Trigger or something? Can I slightly sand down the circled part in pic related or would that be unsafe or stupid?
I usually put the trigger in the bend of my first finger digit, should the trigger be more on my fingertip or something?
>>33053260
Maybe buy a gun that isn't a huge piece of shit?
>>33053260
your trigger should be on your first pad of your finger. wrapping it around is incorrect.
there's also the obvious problem of you holding it wrong and pulling too high, so try to make a habit of pulling low.
I guess you could sand off that piece of plastic but then you have literally no safeties against anything fucking with the trigger. not to mention voiding the warranty, and a gunsmith may not work on it.
I would first try to form a habit of pulling the trigger correctly. if that fails, do a trigger swap.
>>33053260
Tip of your finger, not the joint.
Bored, ignoring my hw.
Should I take pistol and rifle classes? I mean, I can generally connect pretty well with handguns and rifles but I was wondering what benefits I can get from structured training, and how much of that can I learn on my own?
Bump for assistance.
One more time. Pls respond
>>33052960
I mean, they're a good way to lose $100+. The internet is free.
i have a smle and i wanna go shoot shit and camp in the woods. is this legal in canada, more specifically ontario?
>>33052941
But if you kill something, it wins
>>33052941
Depends, you can only shoot a rifle above .223 calibre outside of ranges during deer/moose season with a valid liscence. As long as you have a varmint liscence anything 223 and under is a go as long as youre a certain distance away from any roads/ dwellings
>>33053061
you sure that's ontario? i can't find anything about varmint licenses for ontario
How do I into reloading?
I want to start reloading for my 308. I'm looking for results similar to Federal Gold Medal Match 175gr. What equipment do I NEED to have? How can I do it as cheaply as possible? If I need to spend a few hundred on equipment, I should just pay $22/box and not waste my time.
I'm looking Lee Challenger Kit II for $110 shipped.
>>33052692
Lee classic cast press. RCBS 5-0-5 scale, Lee collet dies, imperial sizing wax, dial calipers, manual and large note pad.
>>33052780
Dont forget: bullets, brass , powder , primers, hand priming tool cuz its the best way, case trimmer, case prep tools.
Honestly OP if you dont want to reload if you have to spend more than 300 bucks - have fun paying 22 dollars a box. To start up with everything you need and having decent equipment, you're looking at at least 500
>>33052692
Use accurate no. 2 and federal primers. Fill each shell all the way up, and tamp it a bit so you have a nice packed load. Then put in the bullet. Congrats you have a normal .308 round.
I recently picked these up, working on cleaning them up. They're pretty mint all things considered.
>>33052435
friend that looks like 8x50 steyr... if you're shooting those out of an 8mm mauser it will kill you, as the round will not fit down the barrel.
>>33052494
Or 8mm lebel. These are not the same rounds. At all. What are you shooting it out of.
Just got a M48. What's good cheap 8mm ammo for it? I've done some research and my basic conclusions are
>Pretty much all the surplus ammo is gone unless you can get it locally.
>There's new production romanian/hotshot ammo that is cheap but may or not cause your bolt to stick. Considering picking up a box to see whether it does or not.
>Prvi PPU ammo seems the next cheapest, and works out to ~76c a round after shipping.
That sound right?
>>33052154
Yeah basically. You can use the cheapish new romanian stuff but bring a rubber mallet and or full length cleaning rod for if your bolt sticks. I experienced it once during about 400 rounds.
>>33052154
>good cheap 8mm
There is none. If you want quality 8mm, then there's only S&B.
PPU makes good brass, but their 8mm loads are almost as pathetic as US loads.
>>33052230
Huh, how much weaker is it than vintage ammo? Why are domestic 8mm loads so low, anyway? Fudds?
Am I shit at shooting? 25 yards using a .22 bolt action. Cci standard velocity. Using a 3-9 power scope that zeroed poorly using a bipod.
>>33052030
Yes.
Pic related is 100 yards with a 1-6x on an AR.
>>33052044
Advice?

All the samefagging and trolling that goes on here makes it practically unusable.
