I bought two USPCs over a P2000 because:
A: I don't care about backstraps, they're mostly gimmicky to me.
B: The USPC texturing is a lot more aggressive and bites into the hand.
C: I don't care about or desire a rail for a light on a medium/CCW sized gun.
D: There are a ton more USP trigger action/safety configurations, not that I care much.
E: USPC sights are more common than P2000, which are very limited in aftermarket.

They're still just as good as every other HK pistol, just not as popular, but on the plus the P2000s have been selling pretty cheap for years now. $600-700 P2000 sales are pretty common.
