French ELC project
Not a light tank as a certain tank game might make you believe, but a light TD/ assault gun. Air transportable (only like 7 tons or something), with a low pressure 90mm gun and an 80 kph top speed
Crew of 2 in the turret. Could traverse all the way while the vehicle was stationary but just a little while it was moving
Armor was just enough to protect it from small arms and grenade shrapnel and so on

Did that with a 1903 springfield I bought, tried to justify owning it as my first rifle but in the end, traded it back in for an ak cause of the rifle's history and 30.06 is expensive and I'd like to shoot more than. Once every few months.

So tomorrow I start testing for a dispatcher position for my local PD. Hopefully this will be a foot in the door because I really want to be a police officer and always have wanted to be ever since I was a little kid. Tomorrow might just be the day I take that first step into the career I have longed for, for my entire life. I'm not really nervous but...curious as to what will happen. I have almost no idea what to expect so any of you guys a dispatcher or used to be one? Tips? Advice? Things you wish you could tell your younger self?

How much does one round of 30×173 mm ammunition cost the taxpayer? I can't find it on Google. The A10 fires 4200 rounds per minute, and I'm trying to figure out how much money is being spent per minute of running that cannon.

FMK 9c1 G2 can be had for around that price for brand new, it's essentially a glock with better ergos (IMO)

Why are there so many people, especially online, that like to boast about their great weapon's knowledge while not even having a cursory understanding of the subject?
