>monopolies are bad
>amd must die

How can an average /g/ retard hold these two conflicting viewpoints at the same time? What kind of doublethink techniques does he employ?

Intel is an American based company, that means that if AMD dies then Intel will be split into multiple sections like what happened to Bell Labs back in the day.
>>
it's not a conflicting view, propping up a duopoly where one side is already a very marginal/token competitor is just as bad as a full blown monopoly. if AMD dies there is at least a chance of forcing renegotiation of the x86 license and selling the CPU business to a company that can design competitive x86 CPUs again.

doublethink.

OpenBSD is really pushing that W^X stuff in ports. In -current you can only have W|X pages in a program linked with wxneeded and on a wxallowed filesystem.
>>
>>55981510
As it should be. That's probably why they recommend you separate your OpenBSD primary partition as much as possible.

Also, RPI support very soon:

Ive been working as a nodejs dev for 1.5 months now and im right about ready to kill myself.
they advertise promises as this beautiful async solution for callbacks but is in itself so goddamn painful to work with if you try to do something even remotely close to FS.
where did we go wrong oh so wrong with js /g/ ?

Hello /g/. It's me again; and if you remembered, I (was) making a PC build in a budget of $500 dollars canadian. Everything here is more expensive, so I had to go a bit cheap on this gpu....

I've chosen these two parts:

>Processor: AMD A4-6300 @ 3.7GHz
>GPU: Asus GeForce GT 710 @ 1GB

I know, I know. The GPU is shit... But how shit is it? Will it run CS:GO well when it's paired up with the processor? I really didn't want to do this, but there was no way I was using the processor's integrated graphics...

My monitor is 900p btw, since I know that can affect preformance as well.

No no no dude
that GPU is 'waste of money' shit
You fail to understand just how shitty it is
>>
>>55980790
That GPU is so shit, it's hardly any better than the integrated graphics. http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/compare.php?cmp[]=2712&cmp[]=2910
>>
>>55980790
That GPU is probably less powerful than my 630m. Don't do it.

What about connecting via ethernet?
Chances are that works by ARP spoofing. So on your PC figure out how to make a static entry in the ARP cache.
Or find out who's doing it and beat the shit out of him, which is easier, faster and gets the point across

>I log off from all my Google accounts that supposedly caches IP addresses
>I disable what I think to be all location services on my desktop
>I clear everything in my browser - cookies, history, cache, and temp files
>I change my desktop's time to fucking local time of the location I'm trying to mimic through the VPN.
>And then I disconnect from my actual network and jump over to the VPN servers location

After all this, the fucking iPlayer still fucking knows I'm not in the UK? Can someone explain how this fucking is? I really don't fucking get it.

I guess the only thing I'm thinking about is BBC knows that my IP is attached to the VPN, and just fucking blocks it.

>>
Uhhhh... Why are you trying to use official streams in the first place? Those are pure garbage laced with all kinds of trackers. Any kind of anonymity software or attempts could fuck the player to the point of not working for various reasons.

Just look for an alternative source of the stream on a streaming site...

Oh and fuck the Olympics. Enjoy your ads and pandering.
>>
Probably the part where the BBC monitors VPN services and blocks the VPN servers.
