BTW, since CS:GO is a Valve game it will run on Linux and in fact may work better since it will use OpenGL instead of DirectX9 on Windows. At least for TF2 on my end, it works a little better on Linux than on Windows.

That's not how you use the term bottleneck. But in a way yes, the 6500 is "stronger" than the GPU as in: you'll be more likely to be held back by the GPU than by the CPU. In ANY game you'll have a "bottleneck".
