After all this, the fucking iPlayer still fucking knows I'm not in the UK? Can someone explain how this fucking is? I really don't fucking get it.
I guess the only thing I'm thinking about is BBC knows that my IP is attached to the VPN, and just fucking blocks it.

Uhhhh... Why are you trying to use official streams in the first place? Those are pure garbage laced with all kinds of trackers. Any kind of anonymity software or attempts could fuck the player to the point of not working for various reasons.
Just look for an alternative source of the stream on a streaming site...
