Why don't you know Fortran 90? It's clearly the fastest numerical computing language ever made.

Better question might be this;

When will AMD make actually good card?

When will AMD stop disappointing?
>>
>>55975181
how much will this cost?? $50??
>>
>>55975181
The NDA will probably be lifted around 13:00 GMT like with other AMD releases.
>>55975196
It all depends on the price, we know it will be a low power good enough 1080p GPU.
I doubt that any cards will actually be in stock with retailers as seen with the rest of Polaris.
At most there will be 10 cards with the biggest retailer which are sold out after 2 minutes so AMD can say this wasn't a paperlaunch.
>>55975293
Nobody knows, there's just speculation on a MSRP around 100$ but we saw how that turned with the RX 470.

Yes.

I run a 2010 MacBook Pro as my primary laptop, but it's been acting sluggish lately. I opened up my activity monitor and saw that my ram is usually the problem. I'm currently running nothing but Safari and I have over 200 processes showing up on my activity monitor and my 79.75% of my 4gigs of ram are currently being utilized. It's always been this way, but surely I can cut out a lot of this stuff, can't I? It's just getting ridiculous at this point. I don't even download anything that could be run as a process.

Does anyone here use a digitizer tablet?

I'm looking for a pc tablet with a digitizer and wondered if anyone in here uses and can recommend one.

Currently looking at the Thinkpad 10 since the Surface is too expensive even when used (poorfag).

Laptop pens are a dumb, expensive gimmick.
Just get a cheap Wacom Intuos 3/4/5 off of ebay, you'll get 10x the performance than some shitty digitizer on a laptop

Fujitsu Lifebook T531/T901 if you are poorfag

Wacom digitizer, fast as fuck, no Thinkpad rice tax.
>>
>>55975069

I'm coming from a weak ass X61 tablet and I was 100% ok with the performance. It's just that after almost a decade the poor thing needs a new fan, a new backlight, a repaired casing and probably a new display which is more expensive than a used tablet with double the performance.

Also, an Intuos is just a controller tablet which I never liked. I prefer to draw the same like I draw on paper.

>>55975095
True, Fujitsu Lifebooks are incredibly awesome, my ex has one and it has so much better built quality than all Thinkpads I owned but they're fucking expensive around here, even used for a reason I don't know.

I'm looking for a "real" tablet and not a convertible this time because I'm kinda done with PCs with cpu-fans that won't shut the fuck up, always loved the idea of drawing on a lightweight tablet and the tp10 can be had for under $300 used now.

Is it time to bury the SSD meme once and for all yet? It's obvious that they are an interesting little experiment but ultimately too impractical for every day use. Much like the Betamax or Direct2Drive, it might be time to say goodbye. Don't be sad that it's dead, be glad we got to find out it's shit

Is there a better option than Android or iOS for phones?

Getting tired of the locked down nature of the iPhone, and I'd like to switch to something else, but Google is a botnet and I've heard that android can have some pretty bad security issues. Is there a better alternative? Is there a more secure version of Android that can be trusted?

What to do?

You can always buy an Android phone and install an aftermarket rom without Google Play services (or just the very minimum to run certain services). Or you can try Jolla.
>>
>>55975396
To answer your question in regards to secure Android roms, I implore you to take a look at the /g/ wiki and look under the Android page. Find one that suits you and use it.
