Hi /g/, I am in need of help before I go for RMA.

>first tried the card and it was working perfectly well
>started overclocking it going for 100+ on the core clock and 500+ on mem clock
>worked for a while but I decided to remove it due to games freezing
>tried maxing out the voltage and did some other overclocking shit
>didn't work so i went back to stock clocks
>started to play ac syndicate
>turns out fine for a while with minor graphical bugs like the game crashing
>playing around 40 fps ave on high
>eventually display drivers started crashing
>it became so frequent to the point that i couldnt even last 5-10 mins without the drivers crashing
>tried benchmarking it with heaven at extreme settings and it didnt last for a minute
>tried it at basic settings and it was still the same
>tried underclocking, drivers were still crashing
>tried reinstalling drivers, they were still crashing
>although i could do basic stuff like watch videos/browse internet, playing in general would make the drivers crash
>tried taking out the gpu and placing it back, drivers still crashing
>tried putting it in a different pcie slot (my mobo is sli capable), gpu-z doesn't detect it
>apparently when the drivers crash, gpu-z can't detect the card anymore
>it has the name in it but information like shaders and clocks are unknown
>i went back to my default cpu clocks and it was still crashing
What do /g/? Did I just killed my card? Should I go RMA? I doubt it's a power issue since I'm running on a Corsair TX850W psu.

I received a hard drive for xmas(pic related). The drive is defective, loaded with bad sectors. The person who gave it to me can't return it and doesn't want it back. After running the WD diagnostic tools, it told me that I needed a new drive. So, knowing that this thing is good for nothing, I figured I could at least play with it.
Any suggestions or information would be greatly appreciated.
