Why is Hello World considered a good "first program" instead of FizzBuzz?

Hello World sets the standards way too low and does not tell nearly anything about the language itself; only tells the command to output a message to the terminal.

>Why is Hello World considered a good "first program" instead of FizzBuzz?
Because it tests if the compiler was set up correctly. It's not about actually programming.
>>
>>61386065
I've never heard of fizzbuzz, honestly. Don't even know what it means.
>>
>>61386204
It's basically an extremely simple logic problem used by graduate/entry level interviews to rule out morons.

I doubt it's still used because capitalism piguu actually started making TUTORIALS for pajeets to learn specifically how to fizzbuzz.

How do you get a non-garbage file picker in Linux (Or KDE for that matter)

I thought this was fixed in KDE?
41 posts and 7 images submitted.
>>
Summer, use dolphin, not nautilus (aka gnome files).
>>
>>61386125
?

I am using dolphin. This is default KDE. The filepicker works in most other apps besides Firefox.

Why?
>>
>>61386134
Because Firefox is compiled with GTK file picker by default.
OpenSUSE has it patched, but I don't know about any other distro that does it.

MY shark card died and I can't watch my chink cartuns on my tablet anymore so I was thinking about THE CLOUDS and maybe nowadays you can use them as a regular folder to get the animu directly on mxplayer

So, there is a way to do this?

I googled it but I can only find literal pajeet guides

To do what with it?
Unless you're planning to flash a custom ROM, rooting is not very useful.

If you don't need up-to-date software, it's perfectly fine. You could use Fedora for the same experience with newer packages.

At the end of 2016 i bought a one plus 3t to replace my already old g2 d802. The thing is at a party my normie "friends" threw me into the pool and fucked the phone beyond repair. Now im stuck with my old g2 (which has a screen that keeps on failing even after installing cyanogenmod ill have to update firmware or move to lineage). I am looking for ANY phone for around 300 eu and has a good battery capacity (no less than 3000mah) and an amoled (i love the pure black) screen. Software isnt much of an issue as i will most likely change it to lineage or a another rom.

Please help a fellow phoneless mate out
Thanks

Your first mistake is thinking the phone was fucked from being in water, I imagine you tried turning it in instantly after or you'd just be removing the back cover and letting the cunt dry.

Go buy some floaties.

f you want help:
>Assemble your parts list
https://pcpartpicker.com/
>State the budget for your build (and country if not the USA)
>List games/software you use often, as well as your monitor resolution + refresh rate
>Clarify your goal for build improvements: lower price or improved specs?
How to assemble a PC, select components & more (kind of outdated)
https://wiki.installgentoo.com/index.php?title=Build_a_PC

CPUs:
No i5 unless discounted
>G4560/G4600 - Budget builds (<$500)
>R5 1400 - Cheapest quad core you can get (Ryzen 3 soon)
>R5 1500x - Good but up to 1600 if you can
>R5 1600 - Best value for higher fps gaming / mixed usage; 1600x if you want higher stock clocks
>i7 7700k - Only for 144hz
>R7/Used Xeon/Threadripper - Compute/Multitask/VM/mixed use; Not for just gaming

GPUs:
Coin miners have driven price up and stock down, waiting to buy a GPU might be wiser
>Integrated CPU Graphics - Desktop stuff and very light games
>GTX 1050(Ti) - Lower end budget cards, drop settings on newer games, RX560 beaten by both
>RX570 - 1080p@60~hz maxed, running most maxed older games at 100~Hz
>RX580 and GTX1060 6GB - 1080p@80hz maxed, 1440p@60hz at lower settings; RX580 better in newer games
>GTX 1070 - 1080p@130hz /1440p@60hz at high
>GTX 1080 - 1080p@144hz / 1440p@60hz maxed, 4k@60hz in a few games; Probably the highest end card you need for 1080p/1440p
>GTX 1080Ti - 1440p@144hz and 4k@60hz maxed/high in many games

RAM:
>Check your Mobo QVL before buying any RAM
>Ryzen CPUs benefits a lot from high speed RAM

General:
ALWAYS LOOK AT PRODUCT REVIEWS!
Always consider an SSD. Try buying a large SSD for what you'd pay for your SSD+HDD combined, and add a HDD later
NVMe SSDs aren't for a faster OS boot, they're for productivity/scratch disk/VMs. NVMe and M.2 are not the same thing, M.2 is a form factor.
The Ryzen lineup comes with surprisingly good stock coolers. consider using them over any <$30 cooler.

Someone is bidding on all GTX 1060 3GB auctions, what the fuck is going on? I saw one sold for almost 300 USD, new strategy to further increase GPU prices? who the fuck is gonna play the new games if there's nobody with a GPU decent enough to run them?

I have a website built on jQueREEEEEEEEEEE and I am so done with how hard, ugly and unmaintainable to do any simple dynamic bullshit.

Am I right to consider Vue as the best option if SEO is a priority since I can do the template part inside the HTML page unlike React which everything is in the js file?
