PLCs are industrial automation computers used in factories, chemical facilities and power plants etc.
The issue is that SSH should never be discoverable from outside the network - you should have to VPN in to access SSH.
Which he might have done, but historically PLCs that are set up this way are done so using the default admin/password from the factor, and they allow any external connections.
Shit like this is why SHODAN exists.
>self driving cars, anti aging research, smart cities, smart home
>b-but they can read my emails they are evil
get a fucking grip
none of those things you listed will work.
but they are evil for tracking and reading everything you do and are exploiting your psychological weaknesses so they can sell you shit you don't need.
evil google is also releasing genetically modified mosquitoes in Fresno. Insane.
Why haven't you switched from Android to Linux on your mobile devices yet? Even a Raspberry Pi makes a better power user device than any lagdroid phone/tablet. First of all it has HDMI and 4 full sized usb ports.
Open GIMP, draw a PERFECT circle (i.e. not an ellipse, has a uniform line thickness, has anti-aliased edges).
You have 5 minutes to do it.
You are not allowed to look at GIMP help.
You are not allowed to search for help on the web.
You are not allowed to watch tutorials on YT or anything like that.
Just try to figure it out without any help from anything or anyone!

What sort of E-reader do you use?
What sort of E-reader do you recommend?
What do you use your E-reader for?
What is your favorite E-book format?
How do you organize your E-books?
>2017 E-Reader Reviews
I recently purchased an Amazon Kindle Paperwhite. I was planning to read a lot of math and programming books, but I'm beginning to regret that for a number of reasons:
1) Math and programming books are very expensive, even as e-books
2) I don't like the DRM that comes with the Kindle books
3) Though the screen is high resolution, it still feels small for reading some larger textbooks
Regarding the pricetag compalint: I know there are various methods of obtaining the E-books anyways, but the formats/qualities are inconsistent even within book series and the metadata is generally garbled (if present). That being said, I did legitimately obtain some books from Springer and the metadata was absent (authors, title, and ISBN were present in the title, though), so I'm not sure if I can win either way.
I do appreciate how the Humble Book Bundle I bought allowed me to download PDF, EPUB, and MOBI formats for each text, and how some metadata was present and organized.

/g/'s opinion on Vivaldi?
Thinking of giving it a go on linux since SJWfox has proven itself time and again to not really give that much of a fuck about its users.
Is Source Mage the ultimate GNU/Linux distro /g/ ?

>G4560/G4600 - Budget builds (<$500)
>R5 1400 - Cheapest quad core you can get (Ryzen 3 soon)
>R5 1500x - Good but up to 1600 if you can
>R5 1600 - Best value for higher fps gaming / mixed usage; 1600x if you want higher stock clocks
>i7 7700k - Only for 144hz
>R7/Used Xeon/Threadripper - Compute/Multitask/VM/mixed use; Not for just gaming
Coin miners have driven price up and stock down, waiting to buy a GPU might be wiser
>Integrated CPU Graphics - Desktop stuff and very light games
>GTX 1050(Ti) - Lower end budget cards, drop settings on newer games, RX560 beaten by both
>RX570 - [email protected]~hz maxed, running most maxed older games at 100~Hz

>GTX 1070 - [email protected] /[email protected] at high
>GTX 1080 - [email protected] / [email protected] maxed, [email protected] in a few games; Probably the highest end card you need for 1080p/1440p

>Check your Mobo QVL before buying any RAM
>Ryzen CPUs benefits a lot from high speed RAM
ALWAYS LOOK AT PRODUCT REVIEWS!
Always consider an SSD. Try buying a large SSD for what you'd pay for your SSD+HDD combined, and add a HDD later
NVMe SSDs aren't for a faster OS boot, they're for productivity/scratch disk/VMs. NVMe and M.2 are not the same thing, M.2 is a form factor.
The Ryzen lineup comes with surprisingly good stock coolers. consider using them over any <$30 cooler.
Why not Fedora?
> As of February 2016, Fedora has an estimated 1.2 million users, including Linus Torvalds, creator of the Linux kernel.
What's wrong with GOTO ? Not that "REEE MY PROGRAM FLOW" or "REEE MY READABILITY". It works.
if your code has no readability it has nothing
How do we save him /g/? Is there any hope left for him?
