A matter of personal preference. Depends entirely on what you want in a desktop environment. You can ask /g/ but you will get conflicting responses from people who are far too emotionally invested in their choices.
Look at each yourself and pick the one that sounds best to you. It's piss-easy to switch later without having to reinstall anyway.
Personally I like xfce. KDE is OK but I don't use it regularly.

Every 5 seconds I have to restart it to connect, every 5 seconds it disconnects itself, repeat, repeat, until either a.) its stays disconnected or b.) it finally connects for a while.
