ok /fit/ I really need help so I'm coming to you guys

Throughout highschool I was never the kid with perfect skin I always have had mild moderate acne, not too bad but noticeable. The thing is it used to only affect my face, my body was still clear no acne whatsoever which I enjoyed because lifting is my biggest passion.

im about to turn 20 and ever since I graduated highschool my body acne has progressively been getting worse and worse, mainly on my chest but 2 or 3 trouble spots on my back that will not go away and if they do they come back

I'm here for any advice you guys have that could maybe help me and the others out there with face and body acne, I heard tanning in a tanning bed may help with body acne is this true?

Sorry picture is sideways here's it again with a before picture

The picture on the left is almost exactly 1 year ago before any of this started, and in the before pic I was working at a Carl's Jr (fast food place) so I was around grease and oil all the time and it still didn't affect me.

This is honestly making me want to quit lifting because I can't even take my shirt off comfortably anymore and I know a lot of other people have the same problem so that's why I made this thread.

Things I've tried that helped
>no fap (face and body acne)
>GOWAD (face acne)
>taking multi vitamins (face acne)
>sleeping on back (face acne)

I'm going to try and cut out all sugar and processed foods and see if that helps but like I said I worked at Carl's Jr. And I was eating burgers and fries every day for around 6 months and still had no acne

Has anyone seen a correlation between sleep schedule and acne? I think that may be a part of the problem because in highschool my day was wake up at 5 and alweping by 10 every day consistently and now it's all fucked up and never is consistent

Don't do this if you don't want potential skin cancer and early skin aging.

Also, your chest doesn't even look bad.
Not perfect, but nothing to get too anxious over.

I'm a cyclist who started lifting. I have naturally wide hips and kind of muscular legs but when people look at my upper body, they think I have an eating disorder.

So I decided to gain upper body muscle mass and "sklp leg day", however after doing my research, I realized that working out my legs will produce more testosterone which will lead to more overall gains.

Now, I look ridiculously feminine and I really don't want to have my hips and legs wider due to more muscles.

I don't think I'd ever have chicken legs, even if I really wanted to. My body stores fat in my ass and my thighs, plus my legs are already quite muscular.

I think I should just do leg exercises with lower weight and higher reps. Maybe that way, there would be less hypertrophy but I'd still get them sweet growth hormones. However, I'm not sure it works this way, what do you guys think?

Just do fucking SS or strong lifts. If your legs are already so developed a little squatting isn't going to make them blow up even more and your upper body will catch up.

Nothing you can possibly do will make your legs bigger than cycling will.

Should I do SS right away? I asked a trainer at my gym to show me how to do deadlifts with proper form and he told me that deadlifts is an advanced exercise and I need to condition my body before starting it otherwise I could get injured. Then he tried to sell me a program but I don't want to waste money on that. Do you agree with him, if yes, how long should I condition my body to be able to do deadlifts properly?

Hey /fit,
How do you guys not get board of eating the same food every day (i.e chicken breast, sweet potato, veggies, etc). I've tried eating clean for two months but to my dismay, I always go back to eating like shit. Idk, I think it's the fact that I live in a house full of obese men. I really want to be aesthetic and fit but I lack the will power.

Because steroids don't make you a ridiculous mass monster, they give you the ability to become that. If you bulk until you get the body you want, then just maintain, you won't get any bigger, the same as natty lifting, except steroids make it easier to get that body.

how do you force yourself to eat properly?

I've lost around 25lbs since I started back in June, the reason my progress has been so shit is because I just fuck all the time.

Keep yourself preoccupied and you won't always think about food.
Don't go out drinking, because you'll most likely be in a "fuck it" mindset and eat shit as well as drink a lot of calories through alcohol

Make a deal with a close friend. If one of you eats candy, ice cream, chips or any dessert in general before a certain date, you'll have to pay 200 dollars to said friend. The deal should also ban sugary drinks (ice tea, soda etc.) and stuff such as jam and nutella. Did this with some friends from Sept to Dec, and everyone were able to do it.

well it's saturday night and... I wish I wouldn't be in front of my computer right now. I'm sure deep down, a lot of you fitizens will feel the same way. Yet here I am on /fit/, because I've been in cocoon mode for the last 4 months or so, and I'm about to come out. 2015 was a shit year to be honest. A girl I had feelings for passed away in april and... well, let's just say I fell really hard. I spent all of my summer drinking/getting high in front of my computer and contemplated suicide. Here I was on top of a 10-story building, thinking whether or not I should jump down... that's how low I got and from that moment, I decided I would spend the rest of my life being a social human being that's constantly learning and improving himself.
Life is a gift. Life is short. We are literally NOTHING in the universe. Our daily stress and drama are ultimately... absolutely irrelevant.
Your main goal, as a human being on this planet, is to be happy, and not end up at 88 years-old on your death bed thinking ''man... I wish I could start all over again, I missed up on life''

So anyway, in the last 4 months I've managed to:

>stopped smoking weed
>practice being a more social person through small talk with strangers
>get in shape
>quit playing videogames

what's left is:
>quitting cigarettes (tomorrow is day one)
>cleaning up my room to make it more female-friendly and clean
>greatly reducing the time I spend on /fit/ and in front of my computer

Once I get those monkeys off my back, I'll be able to use most of my free time for social activities, reading, taking courses, travelling and improving myself. The key is to expose yourself as much as possible. There's no way you're gonna meet people (and grills) if you spend so much time inside doing jackshit.

To be fair, I'm a 6'1" blue-eyed blonde guy, so that probably colors what I'm telling you. But I made the leap from years of kissless celibacy in college to getting ass on the regular now,
so maybe this helps a bit.

First, focus on yourself. Doesn't mean go cocoonmode, just that you dedicate yourself to building a solid base. Get in shape. Clean up your house. Get your education or career on track.
Ideally, get some wheels - a pickup and a motorcycle if you can afford it, but a shitty 1990 civic is better than nothing. Basically just eliminate the most important weaknesses.

Second, get a social hobby or two. Your WoW guild doesn't count. Join a frisbee team, a hiking club, or something similar. Coed is preferable but not required;
you're here to make some bros right now, so don't get distracted by women. The goal here is to get used to loosening up and relaxing in a social context, and to make some regular friends.
Start hanging out before and after the events - show up early and chat, stop for drinks with some of the group after events. You're probably years behind in developing your social skills,
but that's completely fine - you don't have to dominate the scene, just focus on being a good listener and being the guy people like to talk to and hang around,
maybe contribute a little to the conversation.

Give that about three months to get comfortable, then start seeing people more socially. You are now ready to start putting in effort with girls. PUA offers one really good piece of advice here -
if you're afraid to approach a girl, or you make excuses about "not right this second, just need an opportunity", then you need to go out and deliberately get rejected by 100 girls.
Sack up and deal with it. I promise, you're basically numb to rejection after the fiftieth one, but the pain of cowardice never stops. Go out with some guys to a bar and get shot down.
If they have tips, listen.

Breakfast

6 whole eggs
4 pieces of bread
2 Diced Bell Peppers
Want more calories? Drink a pint of milk with it.

Food Pot

450-500g of ground beef mince
Pasta sauce
300g brocoli
550g sweet potato mash
knob of butter mixed with the mash with a bit of salt for taste

Breakfast takes 10mins to make and the food pot I make in batch once a week and heat up. Easy as fuck both high in protein, all whole food sources.
