Hey guys, relatively new to working out--it's been roughly a year or so.

Was wondering how you guys deal with your protein farts, and if there's a way to reduce how gassy I am.

I'm generally able to let them out without people noticing, as there are usually semi-frequent periods of time when I'm not around other people at my job, and I've gotten pretty good at farting silently.

Fuck it, I'm 18 and my life is just empty. I want to be important, i want to feel proud of myself. Right now I'm studying a degree that I fucking hate (I thought it would be different) and I'm going to change to another degree next year.
The thing is:
I have plenty of time, I'm not a dyel but I'm not a big guy, I really like sports and I want to became important at least in a national level (I live in Spain) I'm fucking depressed and the question is:
What I can do?
What sport?
I have an access to the gym almost 24/7
I know that it may be to late at 18 but I've doing sports since I was 8 (swimming, then 100m 200m, then tkd, and rugby)
I would do everything, I don't mind training twice a days 6 days a week

Please help. So much thank you guys.

If you don't have the talent your chances are slim. If you had the talent you'd most likely already be on track if not there.

By all means train all you'd like though. I'd advise less popular sports though. Race walking, pole vault, triple jump, etc

at this point, I would enjoy everything. I might be good at powerlifting, since most of my friends have trained the same time as me and I lift way more weight. I'm also good at running, but I'm not so good to be in a national level. I really enjoy weightlifting and running.

Ever notice how gym bros and bodybuilders truly are lunkheads/numbskulls? They like to look down on people who don't "lift" and they always tend to be narcissistic asshats who think they're better than people just because they have bigger muscles than them? They also think women should automatically be tripping other themselves to date them.

It's like, dude, you've just managed to accumulate some extra protein strands in your arms, chest, and stomach (a lot of them have scrawny legs). That doesn't make you a demigod.

Also, they always think they can kick someone's ass because they go to the gym, but never seem to make the connection that you need actual martial arts fighting ability to beat someone up.

Quite honestly, I don't think I've ever met a single decent person who lifts weights.

Which alcohol has the least calories but gets you most drunk? I'm a functioning alcoholic who works in a high pressure sales environmnet. I need to be constantly tipsy, preferably drunk otherwise I suffer panic attacks. I can'r function without booze. I'm starting a cut after Christmas, what method should I use?
