I just eat less when I'm cutting and try to act less like a fat fuck.

If I'm losing weight too slowly, I eat even less. If I'm losing weight too quickly, I eat a little bit more. It's mostly by feel.

I just don't have the motivation to eat more once I've had my protons (which is weird since I used to be such a fatass)

W-what the fuck is going on here /fit/? I'm weighing my food and calculating my intake every day, I know I'm not making a mistake if anything I'm conservative and probably eat ~200 cals less than what I enter into my app.

For the record:
Height: 6'6"
Weight: 135kg
Cals per day: 1800

Typical days meal is:
Breakfast -
Piece of Toast with Butter + Protein Shake

Lunch -
Fruit Salad
Yoghurt

Dinner -
Pasta or Steak/Chicken with veg

Does anyone have any idea whats happening here? How can I gain 4 kilos when I've been eating 1000cals less than I use for over 3 weeks?

Possible, I guess? Unlikely though. I was thinking some kind of hormonal water retention would be causing it.

Is there something wrong with constantly feeling the urge to drink water?

I know you can technically drink too much of it, but if you aren't hitting that limit is there anything wrong with high consumption of water? My freshmen year of college I would down a bottle each class, with 4 classes a day and maybe two bottles or so throughout the day when I got home. I heard thirst may be due to diabetes and I am a bit overweight but recently had blood work done and everything came back clear. I remember in high school I would never drink water and pound down can after can of soda, but the thirst for water, or a beverage for that matter was not like it is now for me.

Tl;dr
Is having a high thirst for water even though you know you're hydrated a possible medical issue?

19 was supposed to be my FUCKING year /fit/. Now I'm here, and I don't feel that I've grown in any way (intellectually, spiritually, etc.) I'm in a degree program that I'm not sure about, I'm concerned about my future career, I'm physically weak, I'm going to be non-teenage virgin, I constantly try to change but last mere days before sliding back into mediocrity. I can't remember the last time I was truly proud of something I did. Get in here /fit/, tell me how you made it, or how you are making it. What changed? I'm tired of the BS that is my life.

Been lifting for about almost two years only using creatine monohydrate and protein supplements. Gymbro/trainer recommended it was time I started a test booster. I tend to read up a shit ton on anything I put in my body but I can't seem to grasp if this would be beneficial, or even worth it if it were.

What are the risks of test boosters, if any, for a 19 y/o male at 6' 155lbs (no legs mode)

I'm looking at 1XD Test Boost and N'Fuze Creatine combo. Any thoughts?
