Do cardio if you want, but if your goal is to lose weight, very few things will do you more good than a good lifting routine.
this is what I used. Lost about fifty pounds with good diet though. It assumes you have never ran before and builds you up.
Also, sprint the last 30 seconds of the last set and do some swimming every now and again

Since its getting close to the new year, I'm slowing down my powerlifting routine, and focusing more on bodybuilding. How can I change my routine to focus more on bodybuilding?
In powerlifting I focused on compound movements such as OHP and deadlift, should I drop those and work on isolation exercises? Also, should I drop creatine? I used to max out around twice a week, should I stop maxing out all together?
In return for help, I can answer any powerlifting questions anyone has.
I don't think I'm flexible enough to pull up a bar with weights and keep my back neutral. How can I increase my flexibility for deadlifting? I'd like to start but I'm 80% sure I'm going to seriously injured myself if I don't improve my flexibility.

You lift three times a week. You do three exercises each time you're there. You do 9 lifts per week. You probably spend 3 hours a week out of god knows how many.
Why on earth wouldn't you be able to some cardio on the other 4 days that you're off? Of course you can, even light cardio for 10min post workout is fine as long as you make up for the calories burnt.

the more clean i eat the more i fart. ugly terrible farts that dont dissapear unless you ventilate that area. also my turds become more and more sticky. i dont use whey. i eat much greens almost no meat and diary. its terrible - i wake at night and must open all windows for 15 minutes because gaschamber. i eat much nuts and raw carrots - could this be it?
