Constantly teased for my weight, 6'0 115lbs
My dad is a nutritionist and from what he told me (what foods were ideal etc) this is what I came up with for a mealplan, i.e. i'll eat the same things everyday:
Morning:
- Omelette with 5 eggs
- 1 bowl of 100g of Jordans nature
- 4 toasts with jam and butter
- 1 shake of 1L full milk, 1 tablespoon of PB, 1 scoop of ON chocolate whey, and 200g of oats
Lunch:
- 2 chicken breasts with 1 broccoli
- 2 yoghurts for desert (can't find greek yoghurt to save my life)
- 200g of pork
Dinner:
- Pizza
- Salad with chunks of lard
- 4 bananas
- Another shake

All stereotypes aside, I'm not into fat white chicks. She weighs about 190 lbs. She is the coach of the high school softball team, mid twenties, and we work together, so she is also college educated hard science degree whatever.
She has been running with me a minimum of 3 miles 4 times a week. She also joined a spin class, and of course she does softball practice also, but I don't know how active that is or if she just watches and yells at teen aged kids. She appears to have been losing weight. I'm not really that attracted to her, but I can tell if she loses weight she is going to be hot attractive. So maybe I should date her? She hasn't dated anyone in a while, and she doesn't know why no one is interested in her (Honestly it is her weight but no one will tell her that).
I don't really have that much fun hanging out with her or anything, but I'm worried I might be missing a chance to take a fat chick and mold her into a fit chick. She is actually pretty strong, and even if you cut off all the fat, she wouldn't be below 150 lbs or so. Still, 40 lbs of fat is a lot for a chick to lose.
Thoughts, opinions? Has anyone else dated a fat chick and turned her into a fit chick? It's a long term investment, but I'm also worried that even if I get her fit the risk of relapse is high.

She has to not lift for the D, just like you must not lift for grils.
So just push her fitness resolve. Make her lift not just cardio bunny.
Everyone knows cardio a shit. But hoisting is an addiction par excellence. So if you can get her lifting, she'll get the muscle mass to stave off immediate ballooning if she stops the cardio.
Sounds like effort to me Breh. Maybe just bang some of the teens on her team....

What is /fit/s opinion on peanut butter? I eat about 4 heaping spoons a day of pic related. it is my daily treat, like a dessert I suppose. I have lost 34 lbs in the last 7 months so inb4 fatass , I'm not fat , I'm 174lbs 6 ft .

I'm a chemistry major, one of my professors actually made his own preworkout. Tastes like crap but supposedly it's a lot healthier.

regularly checking foms is really where it's at, finding accessories and sometimes just deloading

keeping diet in check basically, counting macros, it's amazing how off you are if you just estimate, I even bought a lil scale
