I'm currently dealing with the death of my grandmother of whom I was very close.
This has been my first experience with death and I am quite broken up about it.
I have become quite indifferent to everything. I second guess almost every smile I have trying to figure out if they're legitimate or not.
But I have a problem. My girlfriend, she's my first girlfriend, and I am her first boyfriend. We've been together for about 2 years now and nothings been bad.
I am feeling very indifferent to her and as if I've fallen out of love. Is that because of the death?

I cant squat for shit /fit/.
Every time I try to squat only my quads and hip flexors fire,no glute and no hamstring activation at all.
How could I fix this?
Also I feel like bodyweight squats are easier to perform,with my arms in front of me.

A year ago I took these 2 before-workout pics, shamefully put off getting in shape until a month ago.
These pics are from when I weighed around 120lbs. You can see ribs and can definitely tell that I'm underweight.
Just wondering what advice you guys can give me for building up more of a chest after seeing this progress.

In these pictures I weigh 137, gaining to 128 before I started working out, putting on 9 pounds since I began exactly 30 days ago.
I'm proud of the buildup I've gotten on my triceps so far, but not so much me chest/back. My goal body is a heavy sort of ottermode.
Some of the weight may not be noticed because I didn't get a leg shot, which have also had some good swelling with the good squats and leg curls.
Anyway, any tips on how I can build up more chest? I can give more info on what my workouts are like if requested.

First off, he's twice as strong as I am - I'm not eating 5000 calories a day like him, cos I'm not a fatass.
He thinks cos he's a "musclebear Powerlifter", he's better and more of a man that the "sissybois" who workout for aesthetics. He actively puts me down around his powerlifter friends.
He bumps me with his belly, and throws his sweaty t-shirts at me when I don't do stuff like get him a water. He calls me his "little twinyboi" loud enough for people to hear. He did wrestling in highschool and will actually wrestle me when he doesn't get his own way.

Hey /fit/. I'm a 6'2" 300 lb landmammoth and I decided I wanted to get fit. I basically haven't exercised more than walking around the house for the past year and a half. I can't even a full 5x5 set of normal squats, let alone with weights. So my question is, what is the first step? Cardio? Upper Body?
