Has anyone tried St John's Wort for mild depression?
On 1800mg for a month now. I definitely helped make calmer and more content. I don't have crying fits over minor things anymore and don't feel like tearing up in public either.
So I would very much recommend it for mild depression, anything more severe and you're better off talking to a doctor though.

Have you guys been having more trouble in the past couple years picking up girls than in the past 10? I got pretty fit in the early 2000's and from there I thought I would be able to just coast till I was mid thirties, but shit has been a billion times tougher than ever. Back then, I refused most of them, because "pointy elbows 2/10 wouldn't bang" and I had enough choice. I regret so much of that to this day.

Currently can't afford a gym membership and am on an EC stack. Should I invest in resistance bands?
Also, will an EC stack show up on a urine drug test?
Tips on good exercises to get stronger in this position? Deads and squats obviously, but any other ones? Need to rapidly increase my strength. Currently at roughly 3plate dead and 2plate high bar squat (+some extra)

I've always been checking with /fit to make sure I'm doing the right thing with my diet. Most of the time I've been told to cut, and on some threads I'm told to bulk. My cut these past 5 months has been more of a half-assed one. As in, I don't really count my calories all that accurately. I might count them for a meal or two. Switched to Texas Method after a mild back injury done fucked up my linear linear progression gains. Going high bar atg instead of low bar might have something to with it as well.

Pretty much what I do. If my numbers are going up weekly, I maintain. If they're going down, I eat slightly more.

Question. Just starting my first cycle. My buddies training/coaching me. He's starting me out at 500mg test and 50 mg dbol (daily). Running the Dbol for 6 weeks. For my cut we're running 400 mg test, 400 mg tren, and 400 mg mast. Also taking 12.5 of an aromasin daily. Then 4 weeks out from my show we're running 50mg winstrol. Thoughts on this bros?
