Visiting home for a few weeks, and don't have access to a gym.
All I really have here is one 20 lb weight.

If you have two of them, you may be able to do a few isolation exercises with them (reverse flies, side raises or something), but probably not even that.

I'm at my parents' as well right now, and I very recently bought myself suspension trainers (not the original obv) which I mount on a pull up bar that I installed in the basement. I wasn't expecting much, but it's actually very intense if you want it to be. Suspension trainers are not very popular at /fit/, as it's not weight lifting, but it's probably the best thing you can buy if you are regularly in a situation like that.
